Can i just use electric to cook on thos instead of propane?

why we need the electric plug?

To use the electronic ignition you need to plug in the cook top. I can be lit with a match or lighter if you do not wish to use the electronic ignition.

It's okay

I wish there was a way to get the flames to come out more. The middle one is the only one with a high flame. You also need to be careful when putting small pans on there because sometimes they tilt to the side. I notice the tilting happening more in the middle one. Overall it was easy to install and does the job but I wish it was better.

Wish there is a way to adjust the flame

Like everyone says... You cannot simmer on this. The flame is too extreme and I could not find any way to turn it down. I am hoping that I can call out a plumber and see if it can be adjusted that way the looks of this beautiful. Easy chart to turn on easy to clean just wish... That there was a way to turn the flame down! Keep this in mind when you're purchasing it
