My boyfriend is not one of the most "self care" kind of men. This was sort of an easy introduction to giving himself a bit of thought and kindness.First the kit comes in a very nice quality box, with a hinge lid (he really loves that) and there are three types of combs in there for versatile hair care. A big bristley beard brush, a regular double sided wooden comb (which I can also use to comb the hair on his head for him) and a tiny black comb for his mustache I assume.They rinse off easily and are nice high quality. He even said that he feels like his beard is less dry and itchy!The star of the show I think has to be the beard balm, it works wonderfully and straightens out his beard hair. He has very sensitive skin so the fact that it doesn't give him a reaction is a god send. (When I say sensitive, I mean he reacts to UNSCENTED lotion for his arms and various dish soaps-very sensitive and reactive skin)He even likes the light lemony scent of the balm.We haven't tried the beard oil since it has a warning for sensitive skin on it so it made us a bit leery.Also it comes with a nice sharp pair of small scissors that could be used for basically any trimming! It could be used for trimming the mustache, eyebrows, etc, so very versatile and sturdy with a comfortable hand shape.If you have a man who needs an introduction into giving himself a little TLC I think this is the perfect gift for him. (And he liked the viking design which I thought was super cute) Plus this could be a little couples moment for you guys, he lets me massage the beard balm into his face and use the different combs on his beard and hair while he lays in my lap.❤️❤️❤️ 10/10

I was a little skeptical at first but figured the price was low enough to where if it was junk it wouldn't matter too much, I'd just learn from my mistake and move on. That being said, I've used these products now for nearly a month now and I've got to say, this kit is really quite good. From some of the other reviews I've read, I expected there may be at least one dud in the kit but I was wrong. Everything is excellent and works as it is advertised. The brush is great, the comb is solid, the scissors are 1st quality and I love the beard oil and balm and they smell great! Oh yea, they include a tiny mustache comb too which is great!Makes me wonder if the bad reviews I've read on Amazon are 'real' or from people with a vested interest in harming this company. I don't know these people, they don't know me and I wasn't compensated for leaving this review. I just believe if a company or individual provides a great product or service at a great value and I can thank them for it, I will. Reviews seem to be the best way to do that as they help companies and potential customers make decisions on what products they buy. With that said, don't for one minute worry about the products in this kit. This kit is well worth the money. Great products, great value and great service as the kit arrived faster than anticipated. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Very Nice Kit. Wish I would have gotten something like this many years ago. Have tried other products to help moisturize/condition dry brittle wire rough facial hair. The Oil is great for a starter to very dry hair & the Balm is great for the day-to-day conditioning and grooming. Like to dab a little Balm on the brush and then work/brush it in. Leaves hands soft and smelling nice as well as my face is being moisturized and helps with itchy flaky skin beard face. Biggest aspect I like is that it does not leave a oily/greasy residue. Nice basic lite smell; with what comes in the kit.The scissors are very small but a nice make/metal. Can barely get my fingers in the holes to use so I will be giving these to my little kid to play with (haha). The Comb & Brush are nice. Hope the Brush will last and why no case for them like in the other Viking Products that offer them. Oil came in a glass bottle. Why not plastic if it would lower the price.Wish they would offer different Oils & Balms in the Kits (samples ??) Interested in trying the "Clary Sage" and would have liked to at least to be able to smell the others though I know I will or wont ever buy them as to not waste my time and now will never know so now you miss out on possible sales.Overall, Very Nice Kit & Tin though the tin-case should be smaller and more efficient to be a carry item, with a small shatter proof mirror. Even a bit bulky for leaving around the house/bathroom. Good starter for people like me who have nothing for beard/facial hair grooming. Every other brand out there is made by Loki. =P_

Growing a beard. Needed beard stuff. No longer itchy, looks better, less dandruff. I reccomend this product.

Welp , just got this product 3 hrs ago , bout the extra oil (majestic Dud) … came packaged really nice , great tin , love that .. truck driver so everything organized is great to me , Boar Brush is amazing, Balm is not greasy ( looks like it , absorbs super fast, absorbs into finger tips , hell my hands feel better even ) , the oils , not a fan of the original scent that came with it , but The Majestic Dud …. Beard brothers I’m telling ya …. That scent is mouth watering ( per my fiancé… “quote”). .. over all .. yea 5 STAR … bout to grab more oil now , (No I’m not a paid spokesperson…. lolAppreciate a product coming through as advertised
