Came in a sturdy box. The only issue is that I had to use a pair of scissors to cut off all the letters to break them off separately. They have the little parts on the bottom so they dont look as flush. Wish the letters were all broken out already. It did scratch up my hands. No instructions of how to break them off. I attempted to twist and pull them up but it was too much of a hassle before I took a pair of scissors to snipping the letters off.

Fun and affordable
I admit it, I shunned these letter boards at first because they were trendy. But in the end, I wanted something I could write different quotes on and a chalkboard with it's mess and my handwriting wasn't going to work.Cutting the letters out is annoying, but I used a very sharp box cutter and got it done and they all are very clean.Letters stay on well.

Ehhh okay for the price. . .
Cute overall, but some of the letters are larger than others (they are supposed to all be the same size) which takes away from the clean look of the feltboard. The hashtags were damaged as well. I would order something different next time.

Cute but letters are difficult to separate
I bought this super cute sign to put in my guest bedroom. I had a similar one in my kitchen. The letters on this one are so hard to cleanly cut off of the packaging. All of the letters that I have been able to break off, still have little pieces of plastic sticking off of them.

The board is beautiful but not the letters
Love the color and the board but the letters themselves are hard to cut off. I wish the letters are already separated in small ziplog bags or something so I don't have to cut them off on my own which caused the imperfect shapes for the letters.

As expected!
Was exactly what I expected. I used it for newborn photos and will continue to use it for milestone photos. It is time consuming to break off and trim excess plastic off the letters though - but I knew it would likely be that way when purchasing. Would recommend!

Great for price but the letters are a pain
Love everything about this except the letters. You have to cut them yourself and it’s difficult,time consuming and looks sloppy.

Very disappointed. The letters were a major pain to cut off the sheet, and some are defective. They are also not all the same size.

It’s a high quality felt board. Not impressed with the letters though.
I think the product has great quality! It’s super cute. I ordered the oak color... I give this a 4 star. I would give a 3.5 but that’s not possible..
