Broken zipper, no customer support
Unfortunately the zipper didn’t work properly since the beginning, which I didn‘t mind because I wasn’t planning on using the jewelry I put in there daily. But after only a few months and little use, it broke completely. Amazon told me to contact Stackers itself (Australia HQ), which I did. A really helpful lady from the Australia HQ told me to contact Stackers UK, which I also did. The girl there on the other hand told me to contact Amazon. And so the circle continues. It is a cute jewelry box, but the lack of service when you’re (not cheap) products is faulty would not make me wanna buy it again.
