Tasty, deep aromatic chocolate flavor!
This is a spectacular Cacao Powder. The powder is fine textured, easily mixed. It has a very deep delicious and aromatic chocolate taste. I place it in a water tight steep coffee mug, pour in cold brew coffee, then shake it to mix. It is so tasty, I donโt have to add sweetener. The container bag is durable. So far I like this brand of cacao powder and I will buy again. Highly recommended.

Making Great Sugar-free Cocoa
This is a great cacao powder and a very competitive price. Using this using this cacao powder I was finally able to make a very delicious hot cocoa without sugar. It is not very bitter so I sweetened it with just four drops of pure stevia. Most stevias have other sweeteners or ingredients mixed in and don't taste as good as the pure stuff in my opinion. I got mine at Trader Joe's but there are pure brands that Amazon sells as well (such as Viccoky, CCNature, SweetLeaf brands). You may want it sweeter than I do - add more stevia. I mix two level tablespoons of the cacao in about 1/3 of a coffee mug of milk with an immersion blender. Add stevia as above. Speed set low and move slowly. An electric frother might work too. Once it's mixed in add milk and stir, but leave at least a half inch of room at the top. Microwave it for 1 and 1/2 minutes. Check it. Add 15 seconds at a time until it's at the temperature you like. If you do too much time it will expand / boil over the side. It is possible if I let it sit for a while after mixing it the air would leave it and it would have much less tendency to boil over. But I'm too impatient. When I'm making cocoa I want it now! This is some of the finest cacao or cocoa I have had and it is really nice to have it without my body complaining about too much sugar. Also sometimes I add it to my protein shake which is quite nice.

Rich, Tasty Organic Raw Cacao Powder= Excellence
I was pleasantly surprised at how big this bag was when it came in! I got the powder all over my clothes and bedsheets by accident when I opened it, so just be careful- this powder can explode everywhere! There was loose powder above the resealable part... meaning it can fly out after you cut the top of the plastic off. Which is what happened to me. Oops. I've never tried organic raw cacao powder before, so I decided to make up a random chocolate milk concoction on the spot for me and my parents. My ingredients were a bit unconventional, but it worked! This cacao powder is very deep and rich in flavor. Its color is a medium brown, and not quite as orange like the picture depicts. It's not really bitter, but it has an almost buttery, natural chocolate flavor. It's somewhat sweet on its own, considering it doesn't have any sweeteners in it. The texture of the powder makes it comparable to water and vinegar, when stirred in cold liquid. When I stirred it into a cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk, the clumps floating around the top just wouldn't mix in. I kepts stirring and nothing happened. It all stayed dry, like that sand that never gets wet. I eventually had to thoroughly mix the powder in with my electric frother. Even that took a good 5 minutes. I'm not saying this powder is hard or old, but its composition seems to make it difficult to stir into liquids. It resists the moisture somehow, and insists on staying dry, clumpy and powdery. I'm not used to powder being like that. I just received a bag of red beet juice powder as well (for health and mostly for diy natural lip balm color). So I just tossed some in with the almond milk and cacao. Eh... it smelled very vegetabley. So I added more cacao powder and kept tossing in more ingredients. I added organic honey with royal jelly, a couple drops of sweetened vanilla, some water, and a single packet of sugar to create about 20 oz. worth of drinks to serve 3. I presented my new "Chocolate Milk Latte" with pride. It was astonishingly tasty and delicious. My parents gulped their drinks up, and my dad told me it tasted better than Starbucks!! My mom is famous for taking teeeeeny tiny sips of drinks, at the rate of a tortoise. But this time, she was literally tossin it all back, and still sucking up the extra foam at the end! I have never witnessed my mom drink with such fervor in my life. Not once. I laughed at her and she grinned contentedly. So my experience with Terrasoul began on a very good note. This product is yummy, and perfect for desserts, cakes, milkshakes, lattes, etc. It makes an awesome alternative to less healthy, highly processed dutch cocoa. Cacao powder can be very versatile, and I look forward to whipping up more chocolate and vegatable drinks in the future! Haha. (Add super healthy ingredients where possible! It can't hurt, and no one could taste the beet powder- we only got its high antioxidants and nutrients.)

This is a great rich flavorful raw cacao powder
I really like this I use it to make chocolate raspberry yogurt just stir it in with some agave or date syrup or honey to taste. I use it in warmed almond milk so good. I really like the rich flavor don't use much so it lasts a long time. Anything that requires chocolate is fabulous.

Good but expensive
I bought this cacao powder to use in my morning smoothies and baking because it's raw and organic. The chocolate flavor is super rich and it blends in really well without tasting overly bitter. The only downside is the price, itโs pretty expensive for the size, but the quality does seem good!
