I was skeptical about buying a home sauna at this price point, but so far we are very happy with the purchase. It was quite easy to assemble (took me less than an hour with mostly moral support from my wife), and it works very well - takes about 15-20 minutes to heat to 125, and the timer works as expected. The red light therapy is a bonus, and the Bluetooth speakers connect easily and sound surprisingly good. It's also much nicer looking that I expected (seems to be a very good quality piece of furniture). As other reviews have noted, it would be tight as a two person sauna, so if your plan is to frequently use with two people, you might consider a slightly larger model. The delivery as others have noted leaves a little to be desired (basically the shipping company dumped this huge box on our sidewalk without confirming whether anyone was home even though they were supposed to text when en route), but the seller was communicative and tried to help narrow down the timing with the shippers. Just be warned it will not be delivered into your home. I had to open the box on the sidewalk and carry it in piece by piece. Still, a small inconvenience for a very nice product - highly recommended.

The packaging was extraordinary. Very well packaged and arrived in mint condition. The sauna itself was easy to assemble, though the instruction manual could be organized a bit better (i.e. include electrical connections in the steps in the assembly), and be more model specific. I've used this one time (just got it today!) and it heated up to 130 degrees in about 20 minutes, and stayed stable at around 130 for the entire time I was in the sauna. The controls are relatively easy to figure out, and it looks great! The finish on the outside is very nice, and the door seals tightly to help maintain the heat. All told, I'm happy with it so far, and hope it proves to be a reliable unit for years to come. Black Friday deal of $1599 was a great price.

Beautiful and well crafted. Well made. Intelligent engineering. Easy to put together. But is a 2 person job. The heat is very relaxing. Very good for old bones and sore muscles. There were issues with the freight delivery but the seller bent over backwards and made it right. Worth every penny.

It only took 30-45 minutes to put together. You definitely need 2 people. Great quality for the value. Heats up very quickly.

** The Good: The unit itself is pretty great. Just finished my inaugural session doing 30 mins at 140. Took about 30 minutes to heat up which isn't bad - just flip it on and do something else for half an hour. It feels sturdy and the compact nature of it really concentrates the heat. The chromotherapy light is great and the bluetooth connection worked out of the box. Assembly was actually a lot easier than I anticipated, though the assembly instructions aren't super helpful. I did it solo and it took a little over an hour. Note: I'm 6'5'' and used some creative bracing techniques to hold the sides up while I shimmied and locked everything into place. I imagine it'd be much easier with two people. ** The Bad: I feel like this thing has some design flaws. There's some sort of heating element (or heat reflector?) under the slatting on the floor of the unit. The manual says not to get much sweat on this piece as it could result in damage. Well, I sweat a lot - and this is a sauna. The element is smack dab in the middle of the floor area - right under where I typically hang my head and let sweat drip. Their suggestion is to put a towel across your knees to catch the sweat. My suggestion to the manufacturer is: split the element in two and move it out to the edges of the floor. The magazine rack feels useless. I sweat too much to have paper in the sauna. The AUX input also feels useless. Bluetooth works great. ** The Ugly: WTH with this shipping? On one hand, I'm stoked. I ordered the unit 48 hours ago and now I'm sweating away in my sauna. Awesome. But the order in my Amazon account is still showing as "Arriving October 26 - November 3." I click for more info and go through to the carrier site to track the shipment, it shows as "picked up by carrier." It also states that someone from the carrier company will text you to schedule delivery. I was getting home from walking my dog and there was a huge package strapped to a pallet in my driveway and a delivery truck idling outside my house. I asked the driver if he could at least help me get it into my garage. "It says curbside, so..." And that was it. So I spent about 30 minutes trying to come up with a way to get it in my garage but ended up laying the box down, opening it up and moving each piece into my garage individually. Delivery time: great. Delivery service: garbage.

I had this delivered on April 13th. It was delivered by "ABF" freight and the delivery went smoothly. Unboxed it in the garage and carried to upstairs bedroom. Every part was light enough for one person to move except for the front with the glass. It came with a towel holder, magazine rack and the remote for the variety of lighting choices. It was very easy to assemble. My wife and I took assembly as slow as we could not wanting to break anything. It still only took slightly over an hour to assemble. Last night I used it for the 5th straight day. Be careful and work your self up slowly,(I over did it the first time). It is awesome so far. The panels just soak your skin with luxuriant heat. The only thing I can say is that I wish I had gotten it sooner! My wife and I wanted a place to relax and unwind and this is the answer. Got some essential oils to add to the experience. Any phone, MP3 player with a 3.5mm port hooks to the speakers. It comes with the wire to attach your device to the speakers. I'll try to post some pictures shortly. Any questions please ask. 4/27/2015. 10 Sessions so far in 10 days. My wife and I love it! I feel much more relax already. Skin texture already much improved. 4/28/2015. Update #3. Coincidence or Cure, not sure. My wife went to the Eye Dr. yesterday. She has had Glaucoma since she was 35, 5 years now. Yesterday was a checkup. Her pressures were down to 15 and 17! st they have been since she was diagnose. She still takes her drops, but the Dr. was amazed. (She said the Dr. kept looking back at her last visits kinda puzzled.) Now, whether 11 sessions over 11 days had lowered her pressure we don't know. But what we do know is that it is great news! Her next Dr. visit is in 6 months. The Dr. told her that she would be considered "pre glaucoma" now! Made her day and mine. Just another reason to enjoy our Sauna!! 5/04/2015 Still loving our Sauna. 17 days straight. We are up to 30 minutes at 120 degrees. We come out refreshed and relaxed. 5/08/2015. Weight loss tool. Down 4.4 lbs since we started using. The time spent relaxing in the evening is no longer munchie time. 5/18/2015. One month, every day, loving it. Up to 30 minute sessions at 130 degrees. We cool off much quicker now after using. The warmer weather is not a big deal after the Sauna acclimation! 6/02/2015- Over 6 weeks in to ownership, still loving it. Use Pledge Orange on outside of unit to keep it from fading, works great. We have settled in at 135 degrees for 30 minutes an evening. I have found a two fold benefit in the evenings. It helps me to avoid my late night snacking. (Heat kills your hunger.) Between that and watching during the day of what I eat, down 12 lbs in 6 weeks, from 201 to 189!! 7/16/2015. Still going strong. Temp. up to 142 for 30 minutes. Got my weight down to 179 now. My cholesterol dropped from 242 down to 209!! (other things like eating better, etc.) 10/13/2015. Still going strong. Can't wait for first cold snap to use it- only had during warm time of year so far. 12/07/15. Still no problems, nice during chilly days. Still using 5 times a week.

Just finished my second sauna with my new Barcelona, I'm going to give you my opinion is short bullet points: - the product descriptions and instructions do not represent my sauna, the side panels have vertical windows, the model in the literature does not, no big deal, but they are not needed, you just lose heat. I got the dimensions from the description of the unit, built a base for it as I was putting it on carpet, the unit I got was about 4 inches longer, not good again I never saw the exact unit I got from the Amazon description, again not a big deal as the end result was good - it was easy to assemble, you need 2 people, took me about 1 hour, everything fit nicely...really tight too! - it takes a good 30 min to reach 130F, it is really affected by the temp in the room it is in, definitely needs to be 65 F plus, as the book says - the speakers are great as are the lights, both very nice - forget the magazine and towel rack, replace those with a nice back rest, it gets very uncomfortable after about 10 minutes when you cannot lean back. I just bought one.....it was $50! - I had a few up front questions and the company was very prompt in getting me an answer -it's really a 1 person sauna, unless the two "little people"... All in all it it a nice sauna, well made, and worth the money

This sauna was shipped directly from the seller, so I only had a rough idea when it would be delivered. It was in a large, heavy box, so it was left on our driveway. Not a problem, but be aware that it wasn't a typical Prime delivery where you receive instant notification. The packing is excellent - several large, flat parts separated by thick cardboard and bubble-wrap. We unpacked in the garage and carried in the parts individually. While there were a couple details missing from the instructions, it was easy to assemble and no problem figuring out the missing details. One such detail was how to get the main power cord from the power supply in the front to the rear (I went through an existing cut-out that had other cords). Once the cord exits the rear roof cover and you drop it down, there isn't a lot of excess for reaching a receptacle. Make sure a receptacle is close since it may be hard to move at that point. Ours is located near a corner, which made it a stretch to reach the IR emitter plugs in the back and the far side. It was also hard to screw on the rear roof cover. If you can, install it with enough room on both sides for a ladder. It certainly assembles easier with two people. We love using the sauna. It takes time to heat up, but works very well. The control panels, lighting and the remote are all well designed. The speakers sound better than I expected. I don't have an MP3 player, but bluetooth works fine with my iPhone. A great investment.

Love this sauna. I use it 4 times a week. The only negative I have is the door was not perfectly flush and was bowed a bit. Therefore the seal at the top and bottom is not great. It would likely heat up quicker if it did not have this issue. Also the leg panels could be a little bit hotter. Overall this is awesome!

The sauna is even better than advertised. We had some difficulty with the delivery since the delivery service did not notice our instructions that this was to be a back door delivery. The problem was quickly resolved and the manufacturer could not have been more helpful. Great product and service!!!

The door latch system needs improvement... Over a short period of time, the latch being plastic, seems to turn hard making door difficult to open and close
