It was NOT easy to use, especially when one of my shoulder is worse than the other. I struggle to put this dual shoulder brace on without the support or help from anyone. My worse shoulder ended up hurting even more. It was a struggle to put on and to take off, it was not easy at all. I felt no support from this dual arm brace, it kept riding up to my neck. What made it even worse, was fighting with the dual shoulder brace to stop it from riding up to my neck and have it support both of my shoulders as it is advertised for, but I got no pain relief. The pain in both of my shoulders increased while struggling to adjust the dual shoulder brace. I got the correct size, gave it a chance, but this dual shoulder brace just did not work for me. I ended up returning it. Not worth keeping it, because it’s no good.
