This is working as described. To post its location it needs help of any nearby Apple device. In city it works fine. But in village areas as Apple devices are rare, this device may not work. In 500/- price range, it is perfect

This doesn't work. Today I lost the key on which tag was attached, it's showing me 2 months old location. Total Waste of Money

Looks good but doesn’t show exact location

I have more than 7 of these world tags just because of one reason! They work! I tried the Amazon aero tag, absolute waste of money. I tried Jio, it’s miserable. This tag by portronics has hands down the best tracking in its segment of tracker tags! It always manages to send its location and the location is accurate as well! I do not understand why are people having bad experiences with it. I live in Delhi and this tag works perfectly! For Delhi and ncr! There are enough ecosystem devices around for it to work flawlessly. I have bought from multiple sources, Amazon, Blinkit and their own website even. I have so many tags and all work perfectly! After using Amazon basic aero tags I realised how good these tags by portronics are.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This product is completely useless. The main issue is that it doesn’t share live location as advertised. I tested it by putting it in my brother’s bag and sending him far from home, but it kept showing the location as my home. Even after he reached another city, there was no update — it still showed the old location. Worse, there is no proper way to report the issue or request a replacement on the app. The support options are very limited. When I tried selecting “Defective” or “Not Working,” the app just asked for a picture of the defect, which makes no sense for a tracking device. Very disappointed with both the product and the support system. Not recommended

This item is hit or it is a miss. I ordered 2 products whole travelling last time. It worked flawlessly. This time while my parents were travelling, they had 3 suitcases, so I purchased a new one. This new one first took a long time to pair with your iPhone. Then just to test the mapping, I took it outside to the streets. It did not move from the house. Came home did a reset and paired again. Took it in the night for an ice cream drive, no movement. Even replaced the battery, but no luck. Raised an amazon return request, which is yet to be picked up. More than 3 weeks now. If you buy this, try for 2-3 days before putting in your luggage. Mostly people will buy 1 day before travel and it may not serve the purpose.

Best purchase and accurate

Worst item ever purchased. There is no live location shows. It only works when restart the device, other wise it will always shows the old days location. @protonics you need to update it or do the some work on it. Don’t waste the people hard money.
