This item is designed to fit a 45" x 19" x 1" or 2" thick nap mat (Kindermat) and a travel size pillow. Mat cover measures 21" W x 46" L. Mat cover with pillow compartment measures 21" W x 61" L with a dividing seam creating a 21" x 15" compartment for the pillow. Images shown feature the attached pillow cover.
