Best Kinesiology tape I have tried. Im using it for lower back pain and it helps reduce tiredness and discomfort while Im running.

Have bought this product twice now for my son who is rehabilitating after a level 2 sprain to his acl and mcl. It provides great support for his injury. He has tried other, cheaper tapes which did not fill him with confidence when exercising.

Really bad knee, so using it for tendon support and stop broken cartilage wobbling around. Tried several and none had the correct support. This is strong, flexible and you can feel the pull when applied. There are great instructions for application, including a ball and hexagon that change shape depending on amount of stretch, clever and useful. Stays on for a long while which helps as this can be expensive if used for a long time. I have had this tape on for over a week before having to change it. Only drawback is that because it’s sticky it’s great at removing hair!! So be advised if you are more hirsute.

Actually prevents pain underneath the pain area..

The product works well and has some useful markers to help you stretch to right amount. Support was good but I found the edges peel back a little too easily compared to some other brands I also use.
