had these for 7 months and work great! accurate from what i know. does NOT test for ammonia, and you need to buy a separate product from them. sturdy case. reads fast. colors are accurate.

Been using these to gauge how much I need to fertilize my 75G tank, they've been working great! I do leave the strips alone for a minute instead of the few seconds like the instruction recommend and I get more consistent results.

Though my aquarium appeared ok my snails kept dying off and I found that my nitrates were off the charts. I did a thorough clean, made a few adjustments, and now all is well! The strips are easy to use, colors are clear, good quality, price, and accuracy.

These seem to be pretty accurate, fast and easy to read and they dont smell weird like my old strips. Nitrite and Nitrate seems to be accurate compared to my API liquid test, so thats my main concern, but the PH always seems to read 7.6-7.8 on these, and water hardness is also lower on these by quite a bit, but on a well respected name brand test, it shows roughly 6.5-6.8 consistently, and my hardness is higher. I went through all 100 strips.

Works fast and is effective. it helps me compare water parameters for shrimp which are very sensitive. My only improvement would be is to have them have a separate color chart so you don't have to hold the strip against the bottle every time which can be detrimental if your hands are wet.

Pretty good strips, i used about 30 when first cycling the tank to make sure and about 5 everytime i test for a good average.

I have a very seasoned, cycled, established freshwater aquarium. However, I had some mysterious fish deaths recently even with my regular maintenance routine. What dissuaded me from testing my water parameters before has been the complication of mixing together test kit solutions in the past. These test strips are super easy to use and only ~ $0.10 / test. Just fully dip in the water sample for a couple of seconds and results are ready in only 30 seconds! It turns out the nitrates were way too high and led me to do a major water change to prevent any more fish deaths. I was a little skeptical at first since these are less expensive compared to some name brand companies, but these work. I plan to test regularly now with these test strips.

We received defective product, we used 2 stick & returned it. It tested 0 for ammonia in our goldfish tank- we took the water to the aquatic store, to make certain the test wasn't wrong. Its virtually impossible for a goldfish tank late for water change to test 0. The store confirmed this test kit, is not reading at all- or definitely not accurate.

I have been using these in my aquariums for the past 8 months. They work perfectly to keep track of Nitrates and pH - As my tank is completely cycled and the strips no longer show any nitrites, and I add dechlorinateor to the water so no chlorine either - but it still nice to see the zero result, in case something happens.
