The essential oil roller is pleasant and not too strong. The ginger candies are not my favorite but I think I personally don't care for ginger. The bands come with this really cute carrying case so that they don't get lost in your bag. Great value and good addition to any moderately-crunchy pregnant-person's bag. It's ok but has artificial sweetener.
I bought this to help with my morning sickness. The band works a little, I think, but I can't wear it all day or it becomes uncomfortable. The roller doesn't seem to work at all. I was looking forward to the lozenges but when they arrived I realized that they use an artificial sweetener instead of a natural alternative like stevia. Your not supposed to have artificial sweeteners during pregnancy and even when I'm not pregnant they give me migraines.

It does its job very well
It helped me a lot. The scent spray is the best for nausea.

The bands were useful
Only useful thing in the kit for me was the bands. The oil didn't help me...ended up buying straight up peppermint oil and constantly smelling that. The ginger candy upset my stomach..so that didn't help either. :/
