Is this product supposed to be hard like jello? The review photos look like it’s a liquid.

I have purchased both in summer and winter. In summer, it is a normal, liquid product; in winter, the temperature is low, which is like jelly, and according to the tip, I put it in hot water and heat it for 10 minutes to use it normally. The effect is very good, pulling out all my blackheads.

you definitely need to pull it off and it hurts. it does come off in pieces sometimes, but it doesn't leave any residue. leaves your skin feeling great!

Totally. This LANBENA puntos negros is STRONG! Keep in mind that it's actually thin paper that you lay on top of the mask: you peel off the paper when it all dries. And you WILL see them, this stuff is next level!
