I have used a ton of enema products in my lifetime as I have chronic constipation due to gastropersis and these stimulate laxatives didn’t really help. The volume of liquid is so low and IN MY PERSONal case I feel like the saline enemas just work better. Obviously each individual is unique and different so give these a try -they might work for you . Shipping was super fast and product arrived undamaged. Would buy from this seller again
