Does this work with a 5G smart phone?

You can use a smart phone to set it up. It has a web interface that reports the alarm status through the Internet. For it to have its own telephone connection, you must use a Sim card from a cellular service provider.

Can you tell me the home pad measurements? The ad just gives the screen size.

Dear customer, thanks for your question, the alarm panel dimension is 185x125x14.7mm, you can check the more information in A+ product description.

Do the sensors are waterproof? Can they be installed outside?

Not waterproof, designed for indoor use only.

Can you activate specific zones ? Like turn on only magnetic sensors but no motion sensors??

Of course just don’t activate the motion sensor or turn it where it don’t pick up any motion. I’m sure you can bypass the motion sensor but I don’t know how.
