Are they tight fitting ?

Personally, I'd say it fits just the way I want. I'm an XL and my XL Cycling Jersey fits me great. On warmer days, I'll wear an undershirt beneath and it fits well - no real bulkiness or extra material, if that's what you're concerned about. On cooler days, I find that I can wear a long sleeve T shirt AND a regular undershirt beneath this Jersey and the Jersey seems to stretch a bit to accommodate the extra padding. Overall, I've found it to be quite comfortable. Of course, every body is different, so you may have to just see how it works for you...
