The title says 50 mg the picture on the label says 30 mg. Which is it?

It is 50mg. The supplements facts label was automatically generated by Amazon from an older model of this product, as you can notice by the change in bottle/label design. For some reason it keeps reverting back to that one after we update, but we constantly working on it. The updated image should be view-able in the next 24 hours.

Are these soft smooth caplets?

They are capsules, not caplets, and easy to swallow.

Is this considered chelated zinc?

I am not sure, but you can go on the Life Extension website to read about all their supplements, and even call their toll-free number. They are very good, and very helpful, and have experts available to talk with all the time. Great company!!!
