I used head and shoulders for years which only ever seemed to make my head worse, since I have used this product I do not have dandruff at all, I carnt give it higher praise than that, it actually works it cleans your hair great and soothes your scalp, it's deffinatly worth your time if you Habe dandruff and use this product you won't have dandruff anymore..

I struggle with eczema and this shampoo works really well for me. It stops the itching and the build up I get from hair products. I use it before a clarifying shampoo and my dandruff has gone.

This is the best product for itchy scalp it's cleared my head within a week of using it. Brilliant stuff.

I've tried many medicated, specialist shampoos as well as dandruff shampoos and those targeting psoriasis but nothing helped properly like Dercos. Since using it, the flakes, scabs and itching has gone. I have sensitive skin and this doesn't irritate it at all.

This stuff is brilliant. I have dry flaky sclap and around my beard and face. This is only thing that works for me. The orange top loreal worked but its discontinued now. This is the same. I believe its the selenium that is the active ingredient that does that trick for me.

Been loving this shampoo for years. Very effective since first wash on itchy and flaky scalp. It’s very delicate and doesn’t dry scalp or hair but it removes products built up on scalp beautifully! It’s expensive but worth every penny after wasting money on cheap ineffective products.

I bought this shampoo when my scalp was dry and itchy and I had visible dandruff on dark clothes and it made a difference from the first couple of washes. The lather is good and it rinses clean so my hair is not heavy after and the scalp is calmer with far less scratching. After about a week or two the flakes are mostly gone and my hair looks cleaner for longer which helps between washes. The scent is mild and a little goes a long way so the big bottle lasts. I use it a few times a week then I rotate with a gentler shampoo on other days and that keeps the results steady without drying my hair out and also the quantity is great because I will have some left. I think it is the best price I have found online so far. I am happy with this product and I will certainly buy more.

My all-time fave shampoo for seb derm. Works amazingly to stop itching, flaking, and inflammation that can come with scalp conditions/dandruff. And this one actually smells so good compared to others and leaves hair beautifully soft. As a long-time sufferer of Seborrheic dermatitis, I’ve tried all of the actives and selenium sulfide works the best for me personally. You should also know: -you need to wash hair MORE often if you have dandruff as it is caused from yeast on your scalp that feeds off oil/sebum. Washing more will reduce inflammation and help prevent hair loss too. (Focus on washing your scalp, not actual hair.) -if your hair is very dirty (ie hasn’t been washed in a couple days), wash then rinse then repeat AND -make sure you are leaving active shampoo on scalp for several minutes before rinsing -switching between actives (ie selenium sulfide, ketoconazole, zinc pyrithione) often helps reduce flares for me as the yeast seem to adjust to the actives over time. So rotate shampoo to keep it effective. -dandruff will likely return if you stop using active shampoo. It is not a one-time fix. I use it every wash until it is under control, then switch to every other wash and use normal shampoo between. -do not use after hair dye or within 48 hours Hope this helps! This shampoo is my fave for a reason and it is SO, so good for my hair and scalp. Most active shampoos have a scent I don’t like, but this has a clean, almost sandalwood-like scent. It maybe leans slightly masculine, but smells great. It is by far the least harsh too, and leaves my hair so soft and nice. Love it.

Magnifico champú anticaspa. Combina sulfúro de selenio, antifúngico, con acido salicílico, queratolitico y antiinflamatorio formulación ideal para la caspa. Galenica muy buena. Tan solo ligerísimo olor sulfúroso. No se debería usar en caso de alergia a la aspirina, acetilsalicílico. Tras tres meses de uso, es sin duda el que mejor resultado me ha dado, ya desde la primera aplicación.
