I'm not sure about buying this. Great reviews but there are very few of them. Additionally. doesn't real za'atar has marjoram?

Thanks for the question. Za'atar blends vary from country to country and even from household to household! Marjoram is more similar to oregano and is commonly used as filler in many za'atar blends. Our blend is a traditional Palestinian blend, with three main ingredients: wild thyme (origanum syriacum), sesame seeds, and sumac.
