It works great for me, I have been taking it for a while. I feel like a normal person almost. You should work up to it gradually. I started with what the directions say and worked up to where it works for me. I would take 4 pills a day. Two in the morning and two before bed.

Very good product I have virtually no joint pain at all anymore and I used to wake up every morning in pain it takes you know a few days for it to get in your system to work so give it time don't give up

This is a great product. It helps to ease pain over time. Once it is in your system you can tell a difference. I will definitely reorder.

Didn’t do anything for me

I’ve taken Heal-N-Soothe for about 5 years, then stopped for 2years and just started back. It was working great for most of the time, but I did not like the fact the capsules got stuck on the way down to the stomach. They got stuck no matter how much warm water I drank between each capsule. Taking them 30 min before meal or 1 hr after meal wasn’t very convenient. I followed the instruction on the booklet which was more detailed than on the bottle at the time. After 5 years I decided to take some other turmeric supplement for joints because Heal-N-Soothe wasn’t working well as in a past. In 2 years, I switched 3 times. One of them worked well at the beginning, but none worked very well. I’m back on Heal-N-Soothe and it’s my 9th day. The instruction that came with it is very detailed now! It is great! I have not had the problem of capsules getting stuck, so no discomfort that I used to dread. The direction clearly states to take on empty stomach, but nothing about 30 min before or 1 hr after meal. The new instruction takes stress out of scheduling for me. In a past, the instruction wasn’t detailed at all like the new one. From what I can remember, start out with 3 capsules a day and increase until you find the dosage. I really appreciate the new detailed direction. In a past, capsules stuck and caused uncomfortable indigestion like feeling every single time I took them. This time, capsules do not get stuck, no uncomfortable burp or other digestive issues. Was there a change in capsules? This time, I noticed the improvement almost immediately. I’m glad I came back.

If no stars was an option, that would be my choice! I bought these and really had hoped they would work on reducing my back pain. I do not notice any reduction in my pain level. However, they tear up my stomach! I have been taking on an empty stomach before lunch. By the time I finish, my stomach is hurting. It makes me feel miserable throughout the day, and usually have to take something to calm down my stomach. Just a waste of money because I have stopped taking them.

The product to working exactly as promised. Very important you follow the instructions given to get the optimum from Heal & Soothe. The more consistent you take it, the better it will work for you. I look forward to the results I will see in 30 days. It has been 2 weeks so far & feeling relief already!!

This is one of the most effective supplement I have ever tried, and I have tried a great deal over the years. I can really feel the difference when I stop taking them. It takes a while before you start feeling the difference, but stay with it. It's well worth it . You'll be glad you did. I know it's on the expensive side, but I have been willing to go without other things in order to afford to buy it every month, and through Amazon's Subscribe and Save, I get it cheaper. Often times, I've found coupons that help with the cost. Even if I have to pay full price, it's still worth it to me.
