Great TV for the price, bought 2, 1 for my bedroom & 1 for my sons bedroom. Also put on the wall in my bedroom, very light TV so easy to do. Great picture quality, sleek surround & easy to set up!

A super television!

A bit tempremental when connecting to the internet but it may be my connection. Good choice of apps already installed and easy to use. The remote feels cheap though and is sometimes slow to respond.Sorry I'm not knowledgeable about technology enough to comment on the actual sound and picture but they are both great - can't complain (not tinny nor blurry and good vibrancy of colour).

I absolutely love this tv, I use it for movies and Xbox in the bedroom and has a beautiful picture quality. The only problem is that the sound is not the best, you have to put the volume quite up if you want to hear it properly, but all in all a great buy.

Rubbish! Firstly, when trying to get all channels onto tv, the configuring messed up, now all the channels are just on random numbers? BBC Two for example is about 5 numbers higher than BBC one, and is separated by an adult channel and Dave? Secondly, don’t have this tv in your bedroom! At about 3am everyday, the standby light flashes from red to green and doesn’t stop unless you turn tv on, and if you’re a light sleeper, and you wake up to your room illuminating red and green, can be quite annoying! Thirdly, sound quality is really quite poor! Have to turn up an awful lot just to hear anything. And finally, the Smart TV features are useless, Netflix works fine, iPlayer works meh, YouTube, you need to sign in everytime you try and use the app, and it doesn’t save your log in so that’s annoying, no Amazon Prime Video app which in my opinion should be a given for Smart TVs nowadays, and ITV Hub doesn’t work! Crashes everytime you try and watch a programme on it! Honestly a terrible terrible TV!

If you want a BASIC telly with a good picture this is fine. However, it’s got some extremely annoying features1. The menus are terrible, I mean awful to navigate. It’s trying to be too ‘smart’ but the processor can’t handle it2. The remote control is rubbish, it makes this annoying clicking sound when you press it, and you have to really push in each key for it to work3. The sleep function is buried in the menu, not great for a bedroom4. It keeps updating itself in the middle of the night and flashes this extremely bright red/green LED which illuminates the room and wakes you up. Picture quality is terrific, sound is brilliant and the controls are very easy to use.My wife couldn't believe how much I paid for this thinking it should have been more!!I would highly recommend this TV to anyone.We have it in our bedroom to watch Sky and Netflix but am thinking of moving it into ourliving room as it is much better than our old Smart TV there.

Subsequent to my first days usage, i've discovered that once the software updates itself overnight to version 1.24.0 all the apps start working as expected. It doesn't seem possible to make the tv update on demand by using the check for updates option.Old review on earlier firmware -Don't buy it if you want smart TV functionality, apart from Netflix the apps either don't work or only partially work. The picture is good, with an even backlight, decent black levels and seems nice and bright for use in our kitchen. It has good features and input selection but the software is lacking in testing, perhaps an update will solve this.
