pretty good so far, but i keep running into minor issues and having to search ways to fix it like the background won't load anything except a solid color and there's some ai applications the computer should be compatible with but won't download

Excellent products and service
After a year, I can state that the laptops (one for me and one for my wife) were an excellent purchase. I recall that they arrived quickly and in perfect shape. I found setting them up was very easy. I was happy to move on to Windows 11 on the laptops and they worked fantastically. I have had no hardware issues with the laptops since I received them and set them up. I routinely perform the HP maintenance checks and noticed the warranty date was April 2025. I contacted IST Computers and they were able to have the warranty expiration dates correctly very quickly. They were extremely responsive and had great service! I found the purchase was well worth the money and would recommend (and purchase) their products again.
