After decades of gum loss, they grew back! In a week! I maintain them by taking one pill at night and one in the morning. It stops gum bleeding and the majority of bad breath. I rarely floss, but I do brush 2 to 3 times a day with Stannous fluoride toothpaste.

I like this product. It really helps my gums, but it is very expensive. I would shop around for a better price.

I open the capsule and place it between the cheek and gums before bed. . My dentist said he had to pull one of my teeth because it was dead and the bone was receding around the root. Was not a candidate for root canal because the root. was cracked.. I could wiggle the tooth and my jaw would hurt occasionally. I wanted to first stall to get a second opinion, and now after doing this for two months, the tooth feels solid and have had no more jaw pain. I have also switched to a toothpaste, using hydroxyapatite. So between those two things...........? I am extremely happy
