Adds a bit of weight to ladder but much safer than using blocks on unlevel ground.

terrible quality - used once and now unsafe to use
After one use the gripping rod started to wear smooth (from its grooved grip) which now causes the leg to slip, which is very dangerous for the use on a ladder

I made it better!
Installing the ladder levers were easy, & support work as stated. One issue I have, the levers slide out while carrying the ladder to work site , so, I added Velcro to hold both parts from sliding out of the lever's while carrying the ladder. When I arrive I release the Velcro & let the lever's hit the ground.

Not made very well , the welds look terrible and the locking mechanism slips most of the time

Had issues installing.
Had a issue installing one side of the leveling tool. Set brackets up as instructed but could not get the leveler to slide into the bracket. Had to file and hammer it into the bracket. Don't know why it did not fit like the other side. This is why I gave a 3 star rating.

Poor design. NO safety mechanism!
The product failed and I was injured. I contacted the company and they had no suitable replacement. I researched other company's products, and found a better safety mechanism. I would not recommend!!

Does not stay closed
One of the legs when both are closed and not extended, will slide back out . I have to hole it closed when moving the ladder.

Bad workmanship
Very bad product! I am not happy after I just drilled into my ladder and set up one side! One of the slots on the welded fittings on one ladder leg has been incorrectly cut. It is too close to the inside of the leg. When I try to slot the top of the leg into the block it is impossible to slide in because there has been no allowance for the bolt heads!! One picture shows the good leg with bolts fitted. The other picture shows the bad fitting that can not accommodate fixing bolts! The other picture compares the fixtures on both legs, with the top leg showing the correct cut slot and bottom leg showing the incorrect cut slot. How do you manage to do that!! I'm hopping mad 😡
