I am hugely susceptible to hype, and unfortunately for my wallet, I will spend money on lots of things that promise to deliver me the world, even though they usually end up delivering me a cul-de-sac in like, Scunthorpe. I bought this as I planned out a skincare routine with my good friend Claude, and im glad I did. After researching, I was fascinated by the fact that it did actually contain ‘needles’ of skincare, which create micro holes in your skin to allow your skincare to penetrate deeper. For me, it doesn’t really hurt, kind of feels like the old St Ives apricot scrub, the one that was banned because it was made out of pieces of Michelin tires or turtle shell or something. I use a tiny bit twice a week, and it has improved the texture and brightness of my skin when used with my other trove of products. I do have sensitive skin, but this hasn’t caused any flare ups, and aside from a very mild stinging sensation, is pleasant to use. I think I did get one of the milder ones though, so double check before you buy that you’re not going straight for the FaceShredder 3000 and immediately think I’m a massive liar. I think it’s a decent addition to my routine and the price is reasonable. I will repurchase once this runs out, which won’t be any time soon as you only need to use a little every week.

I love this. I genuinely feel like it’s made such a difference to my skin texture. It even appears to have made a skin tag under my eye smaller. There is a slight tingling when using but not much at all. Goes on like a dream and isn’t sticky. I found my skin is so smooth since using this alongside my other lotions as well as a reduction in redness on my cheeks. I initially used daily for a few weeks and reduced this down to once or twice a week. You only need a small amount. I think my other products absorb so much better into my skin when used after this product. I will forever buy this!

Oh my word I used this with the rest of the system it actually works . Tingle tiny bit but wow . My recommendation is to use this product wisely with a combination of other things definitely SPF in the morning though as it’s active . Try to keep away from neck / eyes etc As skin is thinner there . But overall after ONE night my skin is GLOWING. Keep in mind I do use tretinoin 3 x a week at night too so on those nights I do NOT use . I spent just over £140 on all the other products so worth it , against the money I have wasted in the last , delivery was fast . . A little I can see goes a long way . Def recommend. It sinks in fast . The price is unbelievable. Worked straight away and I’m a 55 yr old glow machine today . Will list the OTHER products I bought under . I've been using VT COSMETICS CICA Reedle Shot 100 for almost two years, and it has become a staple in my skincare routine. I have normal to oily skin, and this product works really well for me without causing irritation or excess oiliness. well have tried twice now, and cannot see what it does, there is tingling prickling feeling whatsover. Cant feel it is doing anything. I suppose it helps moisturise the skin, but quite honestly, its not worth the money

I use a retinoid regularly so I had to be careful when I used this. I tend to only use it once every couple of months but it’s really effective. It tingles a little on application but no where near some of the comments I’ve seen (that could be because my skin is already used to active ingredients). Would be keen at some point to use a higher version. When used I wake up with glass skin. Applies well, non greasy, seems really compatible with my skin and is a good consistency. Value for money definitely.

You can feel the tingle. Recommend using at night and followed by your preferred serum.

For me, this is a delicious little pleasure, it has a tingling sensation when applied, but it does the job. I really love the way it's improved my pores, texture and fine lines. I use this 1-2 times a week in the evening.
