I'm 50 and have been mountain biking for 2 years. I've had the cheap helmet from Amazon and I've had an expensive Trek Blaze Wavecel helmet. (The first one I smashed on a serious accident, I gave the second one away to a friend to get them biking). My head is 62cm and the Large fits perfectly for me. I like that it comes with an extra set of pads so that you remove and wash them without having to wait for the one set to dry. This speed helmet isn't heavy and it's versatile. I've used it doing 40 miles of XC and some serious trail riding in the Upper Peninsula. This is a great quality helmet for a good price. I've had a few spills this year, but this helmet has handled everything without even a scratch. When I have to replace this helmet, or when I do decide to get a full-face for more aggressive riding, I'll probably stick with Fox instead of more expensive brand.

Fits on son’s head great. Is sleek, comfortable and stylish, has padding in all the right places and extra to put where you want, I feel comfortable when he wears it knowing he is protected.

Looks good. Comfortable to wear. Was able to fit it well to my head and it feels like it will protect (haven’t really tested that part yet).

Bought this for my granddaughter who is an avid rider. She absolutely loved it. Sturdy and stays in place. Has opening at the ears and is very comfortable
