This is a Vine review for a product that I received in exchange for my honest evaluation.I have used this product for about a month and so far, I have not noticed any improvement with energy or focus.I got it for its claims on improving circulation since I have neuropathy and the poor circulation in my feet and hands is causing the nerves to die. Alas, I have not seen an improvement in the area either.Based on my lack of observable improvement in any area, I will cease taking these supplements once my supply runs out.I did research on Ashwagandha before ordering this product so I would still recommend this product based on what I have researched. Just because I did not see an improvement does not mean someone else who is in better health will not.
