The derivatives of the product should have been sea moss or fish,,, instead it states extracts of grape seed pomegranate etc and still mentions on the box as marine collagen.. not suitable for anyone who is pre diabetic/ diabetic ... And i don't know on what bases amazon rates 4* to these kind of harmful products...
