not very easy to put together wouldn't get another one

When this bike arrived it was left in the box unopened for about 4 weeks as It was a Christmas present for my 4 year old daughter, so naturally I had left it unopened and well hidden untill a couple of days before x mas day. When I opened the box everything seemed ok so I started to assemble the bike. First thing I noticed was how bad the instructions were. They were difficult to follow and it seemed as though the parts I had for the bike didn't match the parts that were in the instructions. Well after a few hours of trying every way possible to fit all the accessories onto the bike I gave in in the end and wasn't able to fit the front mudguard the back little seat and also the front basket. They just wouldn't fit on. It was as if I'd been sent the wrong size parts for the 16" frame. Not wanting to disapoint my child on x mas day I did what I could to get the bike up and running. After x mas day both my dad and my partner tried to assemble the rest of the bike but also failed to do so. If id of opened this when it arrived and realised how poorly manufactured this product was I would have sent it back and demanded a full refund. This item should be taken off sale as it is not stable or safe for a child to ride. I've had to make up a number of excuses as to why my child can not play on her bike. I'm now having to buy another bike to replace this one. I've now noticed that this pink model is no longer available and is only showing the black and the orange Boys bikes. If you are reading this review please do not purchase this bike as it is badly designed, unsafe and not worth the money or hassle

Arrived on time beautiful colours, daughter absoulutly loves it

Very poor quality. Needs a lot of repairs to be able to ride safely. Not worth the money paid at all.

Come with damage

Not happy with this bike Atall daughter has been out on the thing twice and the mud guard at the front has came off and the seat has fell off and may I add the break has stopped working at the front. My daughter has just turned 6 so only up and down the path in my street.

Absolutely shocking how my refund was handled, never got money back, bike broke after 2 uses, terrible! Worst bike I’ve ever bought,

Load of rubbish do not buy go Halfords or somewhere else had alot of damage and the tyres are faulty
