Having had problems with most hand sanitisers .(allergies,ect),contacted Serenity.First let me say that i was overwhelmed by the huge response in support from Andrew Lee, to my problem followed by equal support in finding me a product to suit all our needs.Andrew sent data sheets for his products and a sample to try to see if it were suitable..This product is amazing, Alcohol free as it says, jasmine scented,not strong or anything like that.Smells divine.Biggest test is my daughter who is allergic to most products..Three months on.Bliss, no allergies , used more than any other brand i had before. So easy to use. one pump is enough,spreads really well.Hands never feel sticky. I feel good knowing that it kills all the nasties on our hands but also in a gentle natural way.The product itself contains no nasties, parabens ect.. Wonderful .My visitors have asked me where i bought it from as they too were impressed..now thats a first.Finally ,value. ...Absolutely, a huge 500ml bottle for a fraction of high street prices. The best hand sanitiser on the market, hands down.I've been a loyal customer to Serenity for a few years now and I keep coming back to buy their Alcohol Free Hand Sanitizer, because it's just that good! I buy a couple of 600ml bottles which last me 6-9 months in my house, one in the kitchen and the other next to my pc. I also decant some of the liquid into smaller 50ml pump bottles to stash in my bag and car for when I'm travelling and on holiday. I'm never without this stuff.It's real peace of mind using it knowing your protected from germs and bacteria. You just don't know what's out there in the public domain, as well as hospitals, care homes, out camping, public toilets..... But the sanitiser is great for keeping norovirus at bay too. I've had it before which was nasty but short lived, but since using his hand sanitiser on a regular basis, I've not been ill since, when other people have.It's simply fabulous stuff!It doesn't sting in cuts and smells fabulous.Kills way more germs than regular shop bought sanitisers which are rated at a mere 99.9% kill rate. Serenity it's 99.999%! Shop bought doesn't kill norovirus or e.coli for example.I also use it for wiping down surfaces I'm eating on too for peace of mind.Bliss in a bottle!My only suggestion I would make to Serenity....can you sell refill packs, instead of having to purchase a solid plastic bottle each time? It saves on waste :) Otherwise, great stuff! You have a loyal customer here.

Smells nice, but leaves your hands scent free once it's dry. Didn't have any leakage problems like other people have said. Bottle wasn't 100% full but didn't bother to check how much was actually in there. It's lasting forever though! It foams up and hardly makes a dent in what's there!!Only reason for 4 stars is that because it's alcohol free, I'm not sure what it used to clean with. Does leave hands a little dry, but not anywhere near as bad as normal alcohol gel.

I have yet to try this as its for when my baby arrives - it is a good size and looks nice but the parcel arrived all leaking which was annoying... hence only a three star review.

We absolutely love these products they smell so good both the Jasmine and the Black Cherry the smell is subtle and not overpowering, absorbs quickly, does its job which is very reassuring and doesn't leave that awful bitter taste on your hands that alcohol based ones do if you are using them before you eat. We will be taking the handbag sized 50ml on holiday with us in our hand luggage. The seller went out of his way to answer all our questions quickly about the product and even gave us some samples. How amazing is that!Buy these products you won't be disappointed.Thank you

it's a foam, which I would not have bought (was looking for a gel, which this seemed to be) - smells ok - not fab

I thought the bottle felt a little light for its size out of the package so I popped it on the kitchen scales - the weight should have been over 500g but came in at under 400So I held the bottle against the window with the sunlight coming though I could see the liquid inside was well below the level it should have been. Thanks for the used bottle! I'll feel super confident using this now.P.S. I felt bad about this rating so instead of going by weight (as ml / g arent always the same) I measured again - the "volume" instead... I stand by my review this bottle was nowhere near 500ml! The container probably weighs more than what's in it and the volume came in around 350ml to the point where it was filled to.

Large 500ml bottle for a fraction of the price charged in boots etc for similar products. I suffer from dry skin but this does not affect it in any way. It dries quickly, does not sting and leaves no residue.I also like the square bottle as it is less likely to fall over compared to the round ones Boots sell. The pump requires little pressure to use and one press seems to dispense just the right amount for adult hands.In my opinion there is no real smell from it, but I see this as a good thing!
