Super easy to install. If I can do it, anyone can.The curtain had an immediate effect on the temperature in the room.I'm going to put them up on more doorways.I highly recommend to anyone considering and want to reduce the drafts.I've bought this for my secondary back door, as I keep my back door open for the dog. He very quickly learnt how to use the curtain.Drafty problem solved 😃

I live in an old and draughty house so anything that will help keep it a bit warmer in winter is very welcome. In its own, small way this door curtain is already doing its bit to keep me and my family that wee bit warmer.I requested the 90cm x 210cm version as the door opening I wanted to use it on is wider than a standard modern one. It is an inner door in my hallway and the top half is stained glass. It provides about as much protection against the cold as your average bus shelter. I knew that my choice of curtain size would be too narrow but my plan was just to fix it to the door and not the frame. I realise that draughts will still get in around the edges but at least there will be some insulation and in any case I didn't really have a choice given the size of my door frame.Installing it is simple and hassle free. The advice in the user leaflet is to lay it flat and then attach the supplied velcro (one side only) to the already attached other side. You then peel away the protective cover and stick it in place. I did it on my own by standing on a chair. It was fairly easy to do and only took 2-3 minutes.Of course, my use of the curtain means the magnetic opening facility is redundant but I did check how it worked before installing it and I was pleasantly surprised by how effective it is.The curtain is well made and is padded with polyester cotton. It looks quite nice in position and although it is only mid-Autumn, with worse weather to come, I can already feel the difference it is making. It also has the added advantage of adding a little bit of extra sound-proofing too.All in all I am delighted with it. It is good quality and is reasonably priced. Installing it was fuss free and it seems to be working. I am more than happy to award 5 stars and to recommend it.

This was so simple to install for me that I was done in about 30 seconds. The reason was I had used a fly curtain during the summer that used the same Velcro strips on my back door and I was able to just use them. The is great and fits perfectly, but a word of caution this need to be fitted either on the outside of your house to the back or front door, or if fitting it on an internal door make sure you put it on the side of the frame that the door does not open into or you will get caught up not getting the door open as the only opening is the slit down the middle. I wanted to put a thermal curtain on the inside of my back door, but this product does not work for actually going on a door on the inside, it needs the frame on the outside.
