With all the aches from sitting long hours at work, getting stiff muscles, I was looking for a full body massager that would be easy to use and can be accessible for me to use. This full body massager was the thing I was looking for. It fits nicely on my couch so I can rest and just get a nice massage. It is not too intense so it doesn’t scare you of getting too painful. It has several modes to use, and you can also use it to target specific areas if needed. The quality seems really good and I look forward to be using this massager for a long long time. It is as described, a mat that you can throw on anything and just plug it in to begin.

Can't really recommend this! Right out of the box it seemed to be ok, but they cheaped-out on the foam it's made of! After 5 months of daily use the foam has totally flattened and has become unusable because the vibrating motors make you feel like you are lying on a bed of rocks! Actually caused significant pain to my back instead of relieving it! Not good. Maybe if you are a child and don't use it everyday, it would last longer, but I could have wrote this review 3 months ago, I was just too lazy to get around to it! I even tried letting it sit unused for a week or two hoping it might 'puff' itself back up, but no such luck. You've been warned, good luck!

The product was nicely made and it serves its design purpose. However, I am 5 feet 6 inches tall, and the mat feels short for me, so the massages were not hitting the right spots for my needs unless I shift up or down, but I have to loose massage focus on one or the other area of my body. I like the different massage options. The default was fun because it felt like a techno club rhythm. The heating option worked fine. It warmed up nicely and it helped with my body soreness. The massage sessions are on a default timer, so it automatically shuts off. I like that. Despite all of its pluses, I returned it because it felt a bit short for my built. Nevertheless, I still would recommend to give a try because not everyone's body is the same. Maybe it could be a perfect fit for your built.

I bought this massage mat and it has been a really good experience. The heat is gentle and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The vibrations feel well distributed across the body. I like that I can use it on the bed or on the sofa without any issues. The materials feel comfortable and of good quality. Overall, it’s practical and does its job very well.

I will say based on the price it was a decent purchase. It doesn't deep massage but it gives a good relaxation vibration. It does heat well. But the leg and butt area you can't really feel. I like that it has different levels of intensity but I will say I wish it had just one higher intensity level. Overall is ok but I wouldn't recommend if you are looking for a deep massage in pain areas like neck and lower back. Another positive is it has a very comfortable material against the body.

Even better than I expected. I was so surprised by how light and compact it was (about the size of a standard pillow). I started out trying it on the bed but I think all the softness stopped a lot of the vibration. The floor worked better than the bed being a harder surface. Last night I wanted to try it while I watched tv. I had been gardening and I was definitely feeling it. This thing was a delight! I just put it on heat and random with the higher intensity and enjoyed my movie. After a bit I almost forgot about it until it shut off automatically. It was not only soothing but distracted me from my pain but not my show. When it shut off my whole body was humming. Kind of like the “magic fingers” the beds in motels had way back. I was definitely more relaxed and feeling better afterwards. More gardening today and I’m looking forward to session with this lovely mat. I have a chair massager unit that is more intense and does shiatsu but it would be too distracting for tv. Light weight and folds in quarters so it would be easy move it or pop it in the closet or ottoman for easy storage. For around the cost of one massage I can get many more sessions with my mat and I don’t even have to leave the house.

This works beautifully, but it loses a star as it's quite a bit louder than expected. I use it while working and am unable to do my upper back. But the different modes are lovely and it gets nice and warm.
