Looks fantastic, in an "explorer travelling across desert lands and ferocious seas to find buried treasure" kinda way. The spyglass comes into focus and works fine.The only problem was that it smelled rather unusual and, a rather subjective problem, it was a tad large for my intended purpose.Things I should mention: mine didn't come with a box, slightly difficult to extend, the brass sections have a dirty black pattern on them unlike the picture, the writing on the brass differs from the picture, and the main leather section didn't have a symbol/insignia on it. Each piece can be unscrewed for whatever purpose.
