One month later, STILL WORKING FLAWLESSLY
The "CAM" camshaft position sensor remediated my persistent error code, which began several months after I made a similar replacement one year ago. Until new sensor was installed (one year ago, and now) there were almost no ENGINE symptoms, except a slight roughness at engine start up. I never would have known, except from "check engine light" and the code so-associated. My car: 2002 BMW 525i (M54 engine).

Replaced and the car runs much better not sluggish threw the shifts anymore and idle is where itโs suppose to be. Sensor is of quality material as well.

Part is working well on my 2001 BMW325i.Good value.

Leaks oil inside sealed wire connector.
This product is not high quality. Did work and fixed issue of camshaft check engine code. But after 1 month notices oil inside the electric connector and having check engine code at times on long drive. Causing week signal. Replaced with name brand BMW.
