I ordered this pool heater and it arrived very quickly. After installation, it didn’t turn on. When my technician inspected it, we discovered that during shipping the cooling fan had been damaged, causing it to get stuck and preventing the heater from starting. I contacted the seller explaining that all I needed was a replacement fan, and I was willing to pay for it rather than go through the hassle of returning such a heavy unit. The seller explained that their standard process would be to replace the whole heater, but they still went above and beyond to see if they could find just the fan for me. When they couldn’t source the fan, they offered to send me another complete heater at no cost so I could take the fan from it and fix my unit. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to send the replacement heater either, so in the end they processed a full refund for the damaged unit. The seller took my problem very seriously, communicated promptly, and truly tried to find the best possible solution for me. Thanks to their support, I was able to purchase another unit, replace the fan, and get my heater working perfectly. As for the heater itself—it’s fantastic! I use it for a very small pool, and it works beautifully. The Wi-Fi control works great, and it heats the water up to the mid-90s °F (94–95°F) without any problem. Highly recommend both this product and especially this seller for their outstanding customer service.

Do not buy this heater! Varminpool WILL NOT warranty it if it breaks. I winterized it and stored inside and this summer it broke immediately. Less than a year old and customer services said it froze and they won’t warranty it. I’m filing a claim with Amazon. Not to mention it didn’t work that well to begin with.

Absolutely awesome Customer service. The heater came without adapters. I called the company and they were sent immediately into the mail for me. The machine works beautiful. Spoke to a girl Ingrid that helped me through the entire process of getting what I needed no complaints no issues. Perfect customer service.!

I wish I could leave a better review for this product, however, I've never been able to use the app on my phone due to poor connection issues. It just won't connect to Wi-Fi and my router, so we've been unable to enjoy that feature, which we were really looking forward to using. The heater seems to function okay, but the app is worthless.

Great pool heater

It doesn't work at. Keeps reading M3 and won't change after changing the flow.

We live in the Northeast and enjoy my water temperature on the warm side. This heat pump heated my pool up several degrees within 24 hours. It runs pretty quietly. Also it was easy to set up. I would recommend it as it is a good value. And don’t be afraid about the pool size. It keeps up.
