Great product packaging very impressive care thought into it and easy set up
So far it’s going great. Set up has been really easy super fast. Nice packaging with a great card to scan QR code for warranty the computer is very sleek and nice very impressed so far with it and the shipping was very thought out and care was taken in the packaging very professional.

Runs linux too!
I bought the laptop to run Linux. I was able to install Debian bookworm with a USB drive, and run it without any problems. I partitioned hard disk and changed BIOS. Everything went smooth. Excellent value for money

Would not recommend this PC
Pc arrived with windows 7. No update available until 2041. Overheated plug and computer within 10 minutes. Would not hold wifi more that a couple of minutes. Office product on screen, not sure it was Microsoft. I didn't try to open it. I returned it the day after I got it, and would not recommend this computer.

Great laptop especially for the price
So far so good. It's slim and lightweight, which is exactly what I needed. The speed is good, startup speed is great. No issues as of now

outdated processor
When my home computer died, I quickly needed another one. I bought this one as a replacement, but still have a more robust laptop at work. My IT guy stated that while this one had good RAM and memory, the processor was outdated. Also, he noted it came with a "bootleg" copy of Office 365. That being said, since I am just a journalist, (not a gamer) I have had this basic laptop for about two weeks and have had no problems.
