The media could not be loaded. This blood pressure wrist cuff is very easy to use. Even if you don’t know what the numbers mean, the blood cuff tells you if your numbers are in the normal range or too high. Apparently I have high blood pressure right now so that’s good to know. The charge seems to last a while. It’s a great product! Definitely worth the low price!

My previous wrist bp monitor died and it ate pairs of AAA batteries frequently. I found this rechargeable unit that can charge with the included usb-c cable. No wall block included. It comes with a carry case so it's very good for portability. It also slowly and concisely speaks outloud your readings. That can be disabled and you can carry 2 pairs of memory readings just by switching between users with the button on the bottom.My wife and I tested this one twice each between the arm monitor we have. Readings were different between the two devices but we're consistent in subsequent runs. Pulse readings matched and both read what our average pulses are within a couple beats. In spite of the consistency, our diastolic readings were about 10 points lower on the wrist band versus the arm band. If I encounter any concerns for valid and reliable readings, I Will update this review.

My favorite part is where it tells you if your reading is normal! It’s also very compact and can be taken on the go, see the picture with the size comparison to my hand.

It's stores up to 99 readings and when you hit 100 the lastest one will be deleted. 2 people can store their information as well.Very nice quality and recommend this item.

The media could not be loaded. My doctor has been preaching to me about needing to record my bp and I finally caved and came searching. I really like that it fits on my wrist rather than my upper arm. The machine talks to you, giving instructions and your results. At the very end it lets you know if your reading was high, low, or normal. It’s been a great help in tracking my bp!
