Product Description LitoZin Joint Health is a unique patented food supplement, made from specially cultivated 100% natural rose-hip. Long standing Scandinavian studies have established that GOPO, a key component of the rose-hip (rosa canina), used in LitoZin Joint Health may play a valuable role in the care of joints and joint tissues. A special manufacturing process, which has also been patented, is used to ensure that LitoZin Joint Health contains a high level of GOPO resulting in a product with unique qualities. Content per capsule: 750 mg of scientifically documented rose-hip powder with a content of 131 µg of GOPO (Glycoside of Mono and Diglycerol) from date of production. Great for reduction of joint pain
I have suffered from painful joints for a few years, when I take this product the pain eases, never completely but much less and bearable, when I don't take it for a while (when I forget to get some) the pain will return and be consistent.I've tried other, cheaper, Rosehip products and the effect is never as good as this one, it's now changed name and called GOPO.They used to do it in the powder form, we thought it worked even better then, sometimes we'll open the capsules (which you can do) and put it in water.It's a pricey product but you can get it on offer at Boots and Tesco on three for two. If you suffer with joint pain it's well worth it, you need to take a loading dose for a few weeks and after that you're just on a maintenance dose.I can highly recommend this. I've had nil side effects.

Litozin Joint Health Capsules
As my husband and I suffer with arthritic pain and stiff joints we decided to try Litozin Rose Hip Capsules.We have taken them for several weeks and both have noticed an improvement in our mobility. My knees were so bad I had a job to get up and down stairs and now I have almost forgotten how bad I was. I don't even take my walking stick with me when we go shopping. I do have bad days but I am nothing like I used to be.The delivery service is brilliant.GJC

Rose hip
This is a difficult one to evaluate. I have slight pain in the hip joint due to the onset of arthritis, which has not disappeared after taking these capsules but I think that would be a tall order. However it has not got any worse over the last year either. I look on them as maintenance, along with some yoga, walking, swimming and a good diet. I do feel more flexible but how much is due to Litozin I honestly don't know. I intend to keep on taking them.

I suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis and it effects my toes and feet really badly. My daughter found these Rose Hip Capsules while browsing for something natural to help my symptoms. At first I was a bit sceptical but after a few weeks realised my feet were much less painful. Shortly after this I ran out and within a week the pain in my feet had returned. I immediately ordered more and within a few days the pain had lessened. I now make sure I order more so I dont run out again. One thing - these are 100% natural rosehip so beware many others on the high street contain other ingredients so it is worth the extra cost for the pure rosehip. Wont be without them again!!!!

so far so good! have bought for my elderly arthritic dog
before anyone asks - yes i have checked with the vet first.anyway i happen to come across an article in the readers digest about this product & it's benifits, & as i have an elderly 16yr old doberman cross, who unfortunately is riddled with arthritis (& though she is on meds she really struggles)she's also been on glucosamine & fish oils for years! so when i read about the benifits & research into these i was really excited about trying her on them! she has only been on them for about a week & i swear i am starting to see a Massive difference in her mobility - for the better!i'm so impressed i'm now going to keep her on them BUT also going to order more for me, & my elderly parents

been taking this product for 4 weeks. Has made a difference. I have been able to get a good nights sleep.I feel free of bad pain first thing in morning and it lasts all day. I have tried other products and this is the only one that seems to do what is says on the tin!!!!

Litozin Joint Health Capsules 100% Natural Rose Hip - 120 Capsules
I started taking Litozin 8 weeks ago and already I am enjoying the benefit. I am sleeping better now that I no longer struggle to turn over during the night. During the day, I am able to spend longer doing housework and other chores. I recommend this product to antone who suffers with aching joints.

Assume they're the real thing?
I use Litozin to reduce arthritis pain in my hands, and it seems to work. These arrived quickly but the powder in the capsules were noticeably darker than usual, so maybe they are older stock and the powder changes colour over time, or there's another reason? Would give 5 stars normally, but the colour difference has concerned me.
