The best Robovac/Robomop on the market
After my previous Neato D8 was decommissioned due to Neato company going bankrupt, I needed to finally find a new replacement that would exceed the previous expectations I had in place. I needed a Robovac that would use heated mopping, included self-risers to climb over obstacles, a mobile app to map and maintain rooms, a dust and dirt water bin that can handle pet hair, decent battery life, superior cleaning performance to other brands, and low noise to ensure I’m not disturbed while working from home. So far, the Mova Mobius 60 has met these requirements better than any other model that I’ve researched in the past few months. The Mova arrived neatly packaged in a large box that may require 2 people to carry if you aren’t able to comfortably lift about 60lbs. The contents were arranged in a way that was pretty intuitive to set up, and there was a little one-pager that gives you a quick run-down of the steps to get the Mova Mobius running along with its base station. The Mova arrived at around 30% battery, so you may need to plan for a few hours of charging once unboxed a set up- which is fine since I used that time to get familiar with the app. The initial run of the vacuum/mop through the house yield okayish results, but once everything was mapped out I was able to set the conditions for how I wanted each room mapped and mopped and the results were MUCH better than before. I caught this on a sale of its normal MSRP, and I would say that the value is well-worth it for $800- with the only real complaint that I have being that if you use a lot of features on the vacuum, the battery will drain way faster than normal and will need to take about an hour or two to recharge to finish its job- with can be a bit annoying if you planned for it to be done at a specific time. All in all, the Mova Monius is a wonderful piece of equipment that I will plan to use weekly! Although it doesn’t replace my traditional heated Tineco mop device and Dyson stick vacuums, I feel like I don’t have to drag those out as often with the Mova Möbius taking up most of the daily heavy lifting. If you are thinking about purchasing this, do it. You won’t regret it IMO.

Excellent premium robot vacuum/mop for daily whole-home cleaning
I purchased the MOVA Mobius60 from Amazon around Thanksgiving last year, and it has been running every day since then. After months of daily use in a busy household, I can confidently say this has become one of the most useful smart cleaning products in my home. The biggest strength of the Mobius60 is that it feels like a true premium vacuum and mop system, not just a basic robot vacuum with a mop attachment. The vacuuming is strong, the mopping performance is very impressive, and the base station makes daily cleaning much easier. In my house, we deal with regular foot traffic, dust, hair, chairs being moved around, and everyday messes, and the Mobius60 has done a great job keeping the floors consistently clean. The app gives plenty of control over schedules, rooms, cleaning settings, water levels, and map management. Once the map was set up properly, I was able to rely on it as part of my regular cleaning routine without constantly babysitting it. Like any advanced robot, it still needs normal maintenance such as cleaning the dirty water tank, checking the roller, sensors, and filters, but that is expected for this level of cleaning. Overall, the Mobius60 has been reliable, powerful, and genuinely helpful for daily home maintenance. I would recommend it for anyone looking for strong vacuuming and real mopping performance in one system.

First one didn't work, but Tina helped get a new one delivered within 1 week.
So far, not overly impressed. Can't get transfer tray to work properly, it is often down when the robot is trying to dock or shuts the power off the dock at some point. Have yet to get it to mop anywhere. So far, the only suggestion has been to get the caster wheel to work. The robot will go down a step that it is apparently unable to get back up, leaving it stuck in a lower room. It is heavy, looks like it would be amazing and I hope we can get it working soon. Will update soon. BTW, you can't see the mops through the door as all the pictures show. ;) UPDATED INFO: Called Mova about performance and within a week I had a new one. That is less time than it took for Amazon to deliver the first one. Tina at Mova has been exceptional, some of the best customer service I have seen. Clear instructions helped to make different tasked for each day, working with us on ways to the fringe on a carpet and explaining how the step transition work. Unfortunately for me the step in about 1/8 inch too tall to get back up but the robot did begin mapping the room thanks to LIDR. This robot is ultra quiet so we can run it at night. It vacuum's only, vacuum and mop or just mops. Gets in the corners well. It is heavy, and does take up some floor space, but is quiet and does a great job cleaning. There is a great deal this robot does so it often must recharge before completing a series of tasks, but if you schedule at night or while gone, who cares.

Needs space to roam and park.
Since I am a minimalist, there's plenty of room in my house for this cleaning robot to move around. Of course, I need to pick up a few objects on the floor and make sure some furniture is not impeding it;s movement, but not having to sweep the floor makes this item well worth the money. The only downsides were where to place it so it's out of the way and that it occasionally gets lost for a bit. My house may be new, but I'm amazed how much this thing finds to vacuum up.

Cleans like a pro
Great mopping job. Gives my vinyl plank flooring a nice sheen I didn’t know it had. I just used tap water and a clean mop. I ordered a few extra mop pads from Amazon just to have. The dirty mop cleaned easily with Dawn and then I set aside to dry while I put a clean dry one on and ready for the next time. They adhere with Velcro and you may pick up lots of debris if you don’t have a pad in place. I knew I had a winning machine when my wife saw the floor and said this was a good purchase! I scheduled it to clean my house the other day and it did 1188 sq ft in 128 minutes. I’m pretty sure it still had almost 30% battery left but doesn’t matter, it’ll go back, charge up, and continue where it left off. I used the app to close off my wife’s sewing room- no machine is ready for that! And my grandson’s room- I didn’t see any PPE accessories currently available. No camera on this but I didn’t need one and will try to figure out if I even want one in the future. I like the idea of onboard water for mop heads but then having the dirty water smell to deal with didn’t excite me. I’ve heard people use mouthwash or efferent to deal with the odor but maybe when I upgrade. The self empty option on the S10+ might be the only upgrade I’d make at the current time but I’m still at the stage I like to see how much it picks up. This little robot is perfect for me. Very little to mess with, does a great job, has all the features I want currently, and did a great job mapping my house. The app is pretty intuitive even for a guy like me. I love this thing!

So many features and promises, all failing with use
For over $1,000, expectations of automomous vacuuming and mopping as well as self-filling and emptying seemed reasonable since my previous Roborock did exactly that until its electronics fizzled and we gave MOVA a shot. What a mistake! So many failures! First, installation is disappointing since there is a self-filling and emptying port right on the back of the tower and the user's manual alludes to the accessory but contacting customer support revealed that this option is not available in the USA! Hundreds of dollars prepping my plumbing system to use this critical feature wasted. So MOVA expects every customer to pay massive costs just to become janitors for this robot, emptying the brackish fermenting sewer stench from the wastewater tank (without spilling too much on the floor or toilet or sink into which it is poured) every 3-4 days and lugging the clean water tank back to the robot after waiting for it to fill. The robot gets one star for its rollers management of long hair and pet hair which is much better than any other robot we've used. I've never found a single hair on the rollers or dust brush in 2 months of use. However, when the magnetic mop pads need installed for mopping runs, they fall off easily and sometimes just sit in the mounting area for unknown reasons, requiring another manual repair/interruption of our day and the expected cleaning until the issue is corrected. If the mop pads fall off during a run, the app will notify my phone of the failure but good luck finding the robot without crawling about the floor of every room looking under beds and furniture to locate it. The app once had a very faint white blinking icon to identify the robot's location but every other time there has either been no icon on the room map or its hidden under the immovable notification window over the map demanding the mop pads be replaced. The room management in the app is an improvement over competitors by allowing some specific area cleaning management and provides more room naming options but by no means does it accurately reflect what the robot is doing or provide guidance for custom cleaning of specific areas. The map is so cluttered and cannot be expanded to define thresholds, room specifics and avoidance areas that its pretty much useless. Notifications from the app are pretty useless, interrupting our day with such things as 'low battery' when it's just returning to the dock for recharging and has no need to notify anyone, 'empty wastewater in time' when the tanks are not ready to be emptied and 'cleaning mop pads' which also is useless information. The notifications are either on or off so choose between multiple useless alerts and the occasional failure alert vs. no notifications of real failures. Expect to clean up after the robot also. The promised high suction ( which of couse decreases battery life compared to other makes) fails to pick up crumbs at the bottom of cabinets and dead insects along baseboards, especially if there is an area rug within a foot of the wall. The broom and dustpan still have to come out after every cleaning. We were excited by the threshold climbing feature of the robot, to access our sunroom but found that the robot can levitate over our 1" threshold from the vertical side of the threshold but often cannot climb back out over the sloped side of the threshold, apparently not realizing that the slope up is a slope up which must be managed, and grounds itself like a ship on the rocks. Another manual rescue required! The warranty service does exist but is horrible! MOVA expects the customer to pay the enormous price for the robot and then do without any cleaning for weeks while the malfunctioning robot is mailed into their TX center, examined and a replacement robot dispatched and reinstalled. No rapid response from customer service, no next-day delivery of a replacement while the old unit it shipped back and no troubleshooting to possibly correct the malfunction and avoid this gap. We've been through this twice with MOVA and only because we purchased the Amazon warranty were we able to get the current unit because MOVA directed us to get a refund from the seller rather than helping us. Want to name your robot something cute, like you did your puppy? NOPE. It's 'Hey, Mova' or nothing! In summary, the typical Chinese me-too product with a unique threshold climbing feature which partially works but irreprable outside their factory makes this a very poor value for the money, If the Mobius 60 were a $300 robot, its failures and the company's failures would be expected but not for another $1,000 more. We've seen it before, unless a new manufacturer shifts from throwing new but flimsy products into a market over to quality products, controls and customer service, it won't be around long. That is what I see for MOVA.

(Early review not final)Needs improvement on navigation
Very frustrating the way it gets stock everywhere, which is surprising because it have a camera system and Lidar too , the moping and vacuuming is fine , also I like this feature that it has that deploys auxiliary wheels to clear over different levels of floor (like 2-3 inches) of level when the floor in the house in not at the same level in every room, but yeah the biggest issue I have is when it lowers the LIDAR system to get under furniture, when it does that he uses only cameras to determine and measure height and distance and avoidance , when he does that the navigation system is not that good and gets stuck sometimes and when it happens he ends the cleaning cycle and stops completely, so the next day you’ll find him under wherever place he got stuck, when I say stuck is not because it can’t move , is because he doesn’t know how to get out and after a few attempts stops and he put itself like in sleep mode or something to save battery, and talking about battery, it drains kind of fast compared with the other robots I used to have, I hope they release a software update or something that fixes the navigation issues because I like this robot , is very convenient for families with kids-pets and limited time in the day ,is pretty quiet ,battery life can be better, the app is pretty straight forward,I’ll be updating in the future this review but I had to make one just 2 weeks after purchasing this thing because is consistently having the same issue and I don’t see any improvement on that side , in the app to control the robot you can select a (no go zone) and I guess you can create in the map a no go zone where he keeps getting stuck but what’s the purpose of that robot if every time you have to create new boundaries on the map on places that he can clearly clean is just that he can’t figure out how to navigate there , I took pictures of the height of the robot in comparison with the furniture, is like 2 inches almost of clearance for him to navigate under , in conclusion I don’t think I can recommend this robot since my house set up is so we simple and not obstacles while he is cleaning and still he gets stuck .

Great so far and easy to use
I’ve been using this for a few days now and I’m really happy with it. Setup was easy and it mapped my place pretty quick. It picks up dust and hair really well and doesn’t get stuck like my old one did. The mopping is nice for just keeping the floors looking clean day to day. It’s also quieter than I expected which I like because I can run it anytime. The app is simple and scheduling it makes everything way easier. Overall I think it was a really good buy and definitely worth it. Saves me time and my floors look clean most of the time now.

High end robot built to last!
I’ve been using this product for over 2 weeks now & it really exceeded my expectations! After reading some reviews , I was very doubtful to purchase this Item specially with this high price but this device has been changing my experience that I had with robot vacuums! Most of the robot vacuums I’ve purchased before were just okay & was doing their job but they never gave me a fully neat & Clean result & I had to go back & clean most of the times! But this machine is different, it cleans deeply on my carpets , shine my hardwood floors & my tiles & it has been very precise & accurate on mapping & cleaning! It is super smart that even when I didn’t vacuum my house for 1 week, it remembered & made sure to automatically deep clean the kitchen & dining area for me! One of the things I’ve noted was the battery life! The first few cycles it was running the battery & it take hours to clean the whole house but I did switch the mop swapping mode off & use it on clean genius, & when it was mopping the whole house with only 1 mop (without switching mps for different rooms) , it finished the whole house with 25% battery remaining & it was a huge boost for me! The mop swapping & using different mop on different area of the house drain its battery , at first I thought it’s a faulty but then I realized the process takes a lot of battery ! The other thing I noted was the water consumption! When it’s on smart mode, it barely used any water, I remember I had to fill the water every 2 times of use with my previous robots but this one goes for 5-6 cycles (unless I take it from smart mode & asks it to do super wet mopping) which is very very convenient for me ! The other super bonus point for me was the way it mops, it does actually bring back the floor to its first day of purchase look, it’s very strong mopping & it has an option to use a special solution to polish up your floor & restore it to first day look which for me was a very new technology & I loved it a lot! The last thing that made me Love this device is the look of it, it’s so much different from any other robot I’ve seen, it’s basically an art work, it’s nothing but cheap! All glass drawer, super premium material on the robot & an elegant look is what I’ve basically paid for! I’m very happy with my purchase & im enjoying the device every day ! Its a beautiful well designed device that its super strong in vacuum , mop & looks as solid as it can be!

Efficient Robot Vacuum and Mop
Sleek design and can be tucked in under our nightstand, which saves so much space. The quick mapping process was easy, accurate and smooth process. The Dreame app is easy to use. This makes cleaning a breeze especially underneath beds and other furniture. Hair does not get entangled in the brush. The mop pad is washable and the water tank capacity is more than sufficient for cleaning one floor in our 1700 sqft home. The robot is also smart in detecting carpet and automatically lifts the mop and adjusts suction. Not advisable to use in smaller bath rugs as they move when robot goes through them. Overall, this product is excellent and impressive for this price range. May 2025 update: Purchased another one for another floor level in my home. This has the best suction power and multiple features for this price range. I love the carpet adaptation and carpet boost features, keeping the white carpet always tidy. The vacuum can get stuck in certain areas and you can set those as "no-go" zones. The only concern I have is having multiple devices in the app. When I added the new device, it deleted the previous one. I searched and found that you could only link one device per account, but you can use the device sharing to be able to access both. Could have been made more user-friendly in that aspect, but not everyone has multiple devices and there is a workaround so it's alright. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this product!

Disappointing
Returned. Mop literally does nothing but spread dirt around. I don't think there is enough pressure on the mop pads to actually clean. Vacuum missed many spots after multiple runs over multiple days. Was so hoping this unit would be better than it was.

Fonctionne super bien
