Great indoor garden!
Truly love my new ahopegarden, easy to set up and the functionality are great. Built quality it's better than my previous smart indoor garden (C&G) and overall better quality for way less. I have it on my work from home desk and the pump it's extremely quiet, doesn't bother me at all. I like the capacity of the 12 variety of plants I can grow. I am currently growing cilantro, culantro. oregano. basil. chives and parsley. Very easy to clean and the growth rate it’s better than I had expected. My first plants sprouted within the first 2 weeks. Definitely recommend it!

Nice replacement for dead Aerogarden.
My old Aerogarden died (the touch screen went out) and I went looking for a replacement. I wasn’t looking forward to spending $200-300 for a new one and since Aerogarden the company downsized or went out of business or whatever happened last year the selection just wasn’t there. This came highly rated and I’m pleasantly surprised. It’s cost effective, seems well built, easy to set up, and looks nice and sleek and has a small footprint. My plants sprouted in a few days.

Amazing system
This smart planter is amazing! Setup was simple, and my herbs sprouted quickly. The built-in light and water system make it low-maintenance, and my plants look healthier than ever. Highly recommend!

Very Pleased!
I previously purchased an aerogarden, which works great, but wanted a larger one for growing tomatoes, peppers and lettuce. I chose this one because it was more affordable then the larger aerogarden and because of the great reviews!I will say the instructions for setting up and caring for seeds was a bit more involved and unnecessary, in my opinion, with the ahopegarden compared to my aerogarden. I didn’t soak any seeds or the ‘soil pods’ before putting in the garden and was successful. Another thing that aerogarden does that I think is a bit easier and straightforward is they give plant food that is premixed and only one bottle and you only have to feed every 2 weeks and you have a blinking light as a reminder. I have been following that with my ahopegarden plant food just for ease of not forgetting. I also never had to use the plastic covers during the initial grow phase - although I can see why you would and did use them in my ahopegarden to test them out. With all that, I have never had an issue growing any herbs (that’s what I grow in the aerogarden). Lastly, aerogarden suggests using distilled water in the garden which is the only thing I use for the plants and might be something to consider when using this. Hope these tips help!Overall I am super happy and satisfied with my purchase!

Amazing!
I've had my Ahopegarden for one month now and I absolutely love it! The instructions are super clear and planting was easy. This is my current garden as of one month. I am currently waiting for some cilantro seeds to sprout on the left but my basil and oregano have grown amazingly. I am contemplating buying a second. For anyone worried about the pump noise, it is super quiet you can barely hear it at all. I cant wait to see what else I can grow!

very nice so far
It’s only been a week since I planted seeds. The unit is very nicely put together. Super quiet pump and the adjustable light is very bright. The only drawback when you plug the unit in to ac at that point that will be the timer start time.No matter if it’s on 16 hr. Or 22 hr. Setting. My garden is set at 16 hours. Turns on at 5AM. Had to get up at 5 AM to plug in the garden. Not really a big deal but nothing is mentioned in the manual.

Great starter kit for easy indoor growing
Great kit to get started with indoor hydroponic growing! All you need to get started is included with easy to understand directions. I started with vegetables (lettuce, basil, thyme, cilantro, and tomatoes). When the two lettuce cells were looking crowded, I was able to transplant two into my raised bed outdoors along with the cilantro. They had great roots that were only slightly damaged removing them from the cell frame. Fertilizing is a snap with 1tsp per liter of water of each A and B fertilizer bottles as the plants use up water. I recently threw in a broken off rhododendron tip I accidentally broke off outside and am hoping it will take root. I just had to trim the lettuce & tomato roots as they were reaching the circulating pump (much easier than I expected) and there look like a couple of roots from the rhodies cell! 🤞. Pictures show the lush growth and my ruler to keep the 10cm distance to the light.

Overall great performance
Sturdy and reliable and instructions are clear. Very easy to assemble. I just wish the pump could run without the light on.
