Distinctive taste and a body warming drink
I was introduced to Jagermeister many years before it became a popular drink in the UK. In Austria and Germany it’s known as a ‘cure all’...if you’re feeling a bit off colour, a drought of Jagermeister may help. I’ve long used whisky to combat early sign of throat infection or to help with a chesty cough ( mixed with hot water, lemon and honey), so I’m open to the idea of medicinal benefit.In terms of taste, it’s distinctive; very sweet and probably should be avoided if you have any concerns about sugar intake. It’s definitely herby, but difficult to pick out anything specific. I like the taste, but it’s certainly a drink I’d only have as a one off. It’s very warming as it goes down and leaves a warm afterglow. This bottle is excellent value and at time of purchase is less than on offer in supermarket. It’ll last me a year or two and I’m happy to recommend.

One of kind with herbal taste
The richness of herbal taste. Pleasantly warming up. It is best to drink slightly chilled. You hardly feel these 35% so be careful not to overdose;). There is also a type of alcohol that won't taste everyone, but also finds a lot of its fans. Worth recommending because it is one of a kind
