I was put onto Shilajit through a friend and when I say it's a game changer, I truly men it. This product not only delivers the minerals needed for joint and muscle inflammation, but it also boost energy, helps keep me focused and also help for libido. I 100% recommend it. I use a 600 dose in my coffee every morning to start my day. The paddle for doses it comes with makes it easy to keep track of dose. But, you could also just make it as a tea. Only thing is that the tea could be a bit harsh on the taste bud. But you hardly notice it in coffee. Again, totally recommend it. You won't regret it.

I’ve been putting this in my coffee for about a week now in combination with hydrogen tablets and I’m loving it. They say to not expect noticeable results until 4-6 weeks but I have noticed a little more clarity and energy through the day already. I use the wooden measuring stick to scoop and swirl it around in my coffee. Dissolves well and adds a slightly earthy taste to my coffee but not very noticeable at all. Interesting to use. Never used a resin before. Desolves easily in warm to hot water. Taste is easily hidden in any kind of tea. I did lick it just to see what it tastes like. It is in fact horrible. Had more energy with less brain fog after a single day. Still using it after a week. Kept in a warmer place so it's a little more sticky than hard. Can't wait to see what the other effects are.

I have not been using this product for very long, but I am pleasantly surprised. I have used shilajit in the past but not the resin. It is very potent. The flavor is strong but you can make little balls on wax paper and freeze for about half an hour and swallow like a pill or take it with honey and it’s no problem. I do have more energy. It works quickly. It’s reasonably priced, and I an definitely happy with this product. I recommend it.

Not bad, takes time to work so dont expects results right away. The best way that I found to take this is with your morning coffee. It is extremely sensitive to temperature to if its cold expect it to freeze a little but if its warm then it becomes more watery. The added measuring tab is useful and tells you how much to take. The flavor is not bad almost cant taste it. No side effects for me or stomach issues. The odor I would describe as a hint of a tree but smells like dirt a little, kind of hard it smells natural is what im trying to say.
