Best kaleidoscope EVER! So cool that you can swap out the layering of the tubes which changes the color arrangements in the scope. I wish there were glasses like this so I wouldn't need to turn it so often because the glitter stuff in the tubes does run to the other end quickly but this is top notch. Watch the video!

Amazing product for the money. My child loved it. It is sturdy and easy to use. I wish it had come with some extra mini rubber bands to hold the sticks on, because my child lost those almost immediately, but we just bought our own. Would but this again, for sure!

This thing is fun! I got the purple one and was using a headlight to shine it into the bottom of the scope so I could see all the beautiful colors vibrantly. I complained to my husband that the only 2 things that it needed was a permanent light (the headlight was a pain) and that the eyehole was too small so I had to squish the scope to my eye to see. He bought his own scope to experiment on (so he didnt mess up mine) and he added an eye cover so I could see without having to shush it to my eye so tight and he added an single LED light to the end that can be turned off when not in use. Both should have come standard (IMO) but I do love them!

Great kaleidoscope! Absolutely loving it, lots of colors, great flow, fun to watch. Probably the best kaleidoscope I have seen.

Kinda cool, but ugly

Kaleidoscopes... guaranteed winner for gifts and cool fun memories. The old school ones helped me and many other artists to seek the surreal beauty and symmetry within these toys. For several years I have found and purchased this newer style of kaleidoscope which uses a thicker clear liquid and a myriad of tiny objects inside to produce a fantastic experience. The ability to just move the main tube or turn it; creates an automatic continuous morphing of designs. It’s hard to explain until you see it and play around with the different movements. But it’s worth the very low price to check this motif out and compare it to the older version. I have found several versions of this continuous upgraded kaleidoscope which use different designs to display the beauty inside. This one has two different tubes for inserting into the main viewer to really form great mosaic designs. It’s the perfect gift for (especially) older teens and grown folks who still love this device so cool.

Our grandkids love looking for all different patterns.

Not much to see in there, I don’t really get the point of the rods. They don’t flow very nice. The thing is much smaller than expected.

Absolutely better than I'd have thought! Only issue is the viewing hole is really small, would be great if it was either 50% bigger or had a different size attachment, or a way to remove the eyepiece without breaking it!

Love kaleidoscopes and this is a particularly good one

Things I liked: Real holographic backboard behind the wands you insert. Honestly, looking at this holographic backboard with the clear section of the wand looked better than the sparkles inside the wand. I like the two wands with different colours to add some variety and that you can insert both. I like the swirl in the wand which is what makes the holo background look good through the clear fluid. What I didn't like: The wands mostly are filled with little beads, green in one and white in the other. The green are translucet which is okay I suppose but the white don't look very good to me and they basically just block the sparkles and dull the image and i find them in the way and not a great filler. The plastic tube where they cut holes out for the wands to go in wasn't very cleanly cut. There is chipped plastic around the holes in a few spots and looks rough. What I'd change: Having wands with different colour themed sparkles instead of the same glitter pieces in both wands. Have one wand or have additional wands without filler beads. Put holographic glitters into a wand! This kaleidoscope is still the best one I've been able to find and this will actually be a gift for someone else but I'm looking to buy one for myself and I'm not sure if I'm sold on this one. I wish I could find ones as good as they used to make. If you have nothing spectacular in your mind you're comparing it to, then this one is probably great for you.
