Great way to easily get milk - got milk?
Getting milk is a shopping challenge. It is heavy, doesn't last long - but this powder is perfect. I mix up a couple quarts, use it on my cereal and cooking of sweet things and it is great. I can imagine that I'm also saving a lot of money.

My Favorite
Ive tried a few other brands and this is my favorite. Its great as a shelf stable non dairy coffee creamer (among other things), other brands clumps and floats to the top, "its just" mixes in quick and easy. As long as you scoop and not "pour" (getting powder in the zipper) the resealable bag holds up.

Very disappointed.
When I opened my package, I was surprised by a sour smell. Does not smell or taste at all like coconut. Tastes spoiled. Unusable and unreturnable. At the same time I ordered this, I ordered a coconut milk creamer. At least that one smells and tastes of coconut, not spoiled tasting.

Nothing you don't need
Love this! Only 2 ingredients. Does NOT make everything taste like coconut! Tasteless and makes my morning coffee smoother. Highly recommend this supplement.

Use this instead of regular powdered coffee mate creamer. One ingredient and healthier.

Odd Flavor That Ruins My Hot Cacao
This coconut milk powder dissolves ok, but the flavor is sour and it has what I would describe as an almost minty aftertaste. I've tried another brand (Terrasoul), and it tastes smooth with a light coconut flavor, like what you would expect coconut milk powder to. I'm not sure why there's such a flavor difference. But I'm definitely disappointed that I spent $20 on something unenjoyable.

Limited usability
The grains are very coarse...it's okay for baking something like bread when it's a fairly minor ingredient, but it won't work very well for anything more delicate, it's too gritty
