Works perfectly...so far. The scale is very accurate and precise as evidenced by calibration checks with Class S weights. It meets my needs perfectly without resorting to high-priced alternative lab scales.

Quite pleased with the performance, ease of use, and look of this balance. Performance is comparable to a much more expensive unit. Comes with a functional breeze shield, one 200g calibration weight, and power cord. There is also a built-in leveling sight and two forward height adjustable foot pads. The controls are simple and intuitive. There is a slight amount of drift of the readout for the 4th decimal, which is the reason for only 4 stars out of 5.

This scale feels like it's made for scientific data analysis, that's it made to be so precise that it'd be a waste to use it for everyday items such as food. I think the most practical use for normal use, would be for weighing jewelry, especially if you are the store owner. This scale goes down to the nearest 0.0001 gram precision, and that's pretty insane to me. So when I mean for data gathering, I'm thinking about powder, or anything in super fine form. Measuring liquid is fine too, but you just need to take into consideration the container for the liquid, so you should weigh that separately for the most accurate measurement. Finally, this whole device is rather huge, so you definitely need to consciously make space for it.
