I needed to run 20m flat, CAT6 network cable from the front to the back of my home. These self adhesive clips looked to be ideal for the task and have not disappointed me. They are neat, easy to use and do the job that I required. The trickiest part was removing the shiny film covering the sticky surface of the pad before applying it!There are a couple of points to be aware of when using this product. The most important of these is that these clips act as standoffs giving around 3mm clearance from the surface they are attached to. The depth of the jaw is also around 3mm so a single flat cable is not held firmly in place and cannot be tensioned. Think of these clips as working more like an open cable guide than a way of firmly securing a cable.I soon discovered that there is a technique to using the clips. You need to be aware of the forces on the cable that you are securing. So on a horizontal run across a vertical surface you need to place the clips with the open jaw on the top, If you don't do this it is likely that the cable will fall out under its own weight. On vertical runs it can be useful to alternate the jaw sides to constrain the cable. I found that it tight spaces it was easier to put the clip on the cable, then peel off the backing film and securing the clip. When I needed to take my cable around a tight corner, the tension on the cable could spring it out of a clip. The solution to this issue is to apply a second clip alongside the first clip with its jaw orientated in the opposite direction to trap the cable. None of this is rocket science, you just work it out as you go along.

Used for ethernet cable along wall. Sticks really well!

I guess it depends where and why you are using these small ones, for me the size is perfect for my current project but the tape or adhesive is really not the best.. it’s workable but I wouldn’t buy this again. Also I orders two different versions and I get to review the same whichever link to review I press.Having said that the other product is from same brand and seller and the cable part is a bit more rounded and the adhesive is very bad on that one..

warm up the adhesive pad and they stick realy well. A small gripe they would be a bit less obtrusive if the adhesive pad was white. I stuck them on a white skirting board. but thats being realy picky

I used these clips to hold a flat Ethernet cable in place from my downstairs router to my upstairs bedroom/office. Simple to peel back and stick and withe a gentle push for a few seconds they stay in place. Like any sticky pad, a flat non porous or surface is best. The flat Ethernet cable slips I easily and is held fast. Recommended.

Das montierte Ergebnis überzeugt und entspricht dem Werbefoto. An ungünstigen Stellen montiert man besser zu zweit, sonst reist das Eigengewicht des Kabels die letzte Klammer los. Am Ende ist alle stabil. Ich habe Abstände von 20 cm gewählt.

Good product, works great with flat cables. No mess left behind on readjustment.

Pek sağlam olacağını düşünmemiştim ama yanılmışım. Evimde ofis odamdan salona, ahşap kapı çerçevesi ve duvarları kullanarak üst taraftan 25 metre cat7 flat kablo döşemek için kullandım. İşçilik çok rahattı, kağıdı kaldır, istediğin yere 5-10 sn bastır ve devam et. Ummadığım kadar sağlam oldu. Yaz geliyor, ısınınca atar mı bilemiyorum henüz, sağlam görünüyor atmaz herhalde.
