I was excited when I saw this product. A family member had just bought one and I was impressed. I loved the pressure and the 3 different modes of water.pressure it had. I ordered it. First off it took 3 weeks to get it after I ordered it. Once I got it I put it to use that day. It literally broke after 60 days. Fell apart while I had my water running. I really loved this. I would give it 5 stars if it hadn't fell apart after 60 days.

The water pressure released when we first turned it on shocked us all. There are 3 settings - stream, combo & shower - available to suit your needs. I hope they make showerheads because we would definitely invest. Definitely woeth the purchase and the 3 week wait.

This was a huge disappointment. I was looking for a replacement spray attachment for the kitchen sink. I thought this was the answer, but I was sorely mistaken. It’s bigger than the average sprayer so it offers lower clearance for washing dishes. However, I never got to experience this inconvenience because it never worked. I installed it properly and it was easy to do. The problem is that it leaked- actually “leaked” is inaccurate; the water shot out of the top of the ball joint and none through where it should have. I wasn’t expecting this and water went everywhere! The design is sloppy and the washers surrounding the ball joint don’t create a perfect seal to keep water pressure directed to where it should exit the sprayer assembly. The product wasn’t broken- it was just poorly manufactured. Other sprayers with a ball joint design work just fine so it isn’t the concept that failed, it’s this particular product. Even if it did work, I wouldn’t recommend it for a kitchen sink- maybe something more like a deep-walled janitorial sink. I would encourage the manufacturer to redesign this product; its design was very interesting, conceptually speaking.Based on other reviews, this is a regular issue. I am surprised it’s still selling. You couldn’t pay me to try it again.

We absolutely love this sprayer. I have read the reviews and several complaints about the sprayer breaking. I am going to order back ups now. They are only three dollars! You can't even get a coffee for that price. Update...have had it now for a few weeks. One day it came off and I saw the white plastic part that some people had complained about breaking (and it looked like it had broken) but it turned out it had just come unscrewed. Put it back together and we are back spraying again.

Low water pressure and low heat.. The material is weak and this is our 2nd return... This one only lasted 2months... And they won't be getting any more money from us....Buyer beware...This is a much better alternative to cheap plastic hard to function head spray replacements! All metal and also here at Amazon... this sprayer has 3 different modes, love them all I gotta wait till my water pressure is better but its awesome makes the water much colder and much hotter and sprays faster, like it says moves around 360, only crazy thing it took customs over a month to get it too me I seen it was here on August 1st which I ordered July 16 so if you are here in USA you are going to wait a long time.

This product worked fine for me for a couple of weeks then it began to malfunction. The adjuster stopped working & would only spray one way instead of 3. Then the part that screws onto the fosset became loose on its own, I'm guessing from the water pressure, & kept falling off completely. I'm not sure if my particular one was faulty but if that wasn't the case & this product is just built like that then I wouldn't recommend anyone purchase this. It is cheap but still don't waster your money

Not enough said about this gemI rent and sadly the water pressure isn't the greatest.This jewel solves that problem.How much pressure you want depends on how much you turn the faucet to.The power pressure same thing.It's a must have especially renters who has standard faucet spicket.Easy installation.I wish I would of discovered this sooner.
