Waterproof, flexible and easy caulking
We bought our new house with little things here and there to do. I haven't used all of one of these yet. It was so easy to use. We had a new tub put in and the plumbers caulking peeled off within a week. I saw this was flexible and waterproof. So far, it is absolutely both and staying on.

Easy to use
Easier to use than most caulks but still caulking itself is such a task for the inexperienced. Used this to do interior of new installed windows and it worked well, about two normal sized windows per can.

Terrible new dispenser design
I've used the various flex seal products for years and the new dispenser packaging is terrible. I wasted more than 3/4 of a tube because it would not come out. Terrible dispenser design but good product
