I originally bought this back brace for myself. I was dealing with awful back pain that was not relieved by medicine or lidocaine patches, but this brace made a surprising difference. It worked so well that I ended up ordering more for my family and even another one to keep at work! I’m a female, 71 yrs apple shape, 2X 220 lbs I got the XL 45-51 it’s perfect, not to loose not to tight. Finally back relief. 😮‍💨 if I just move a certain way or stay been over too long it never fails tweaks my back for about a week. When I tell you I have tried a lot of different braces, believe me it has been a lot of braces. I have found and kept a few that work and sent back more than I can count. This brace is probably the best quality brace I have ever seen. It instantly feels good when you put it on without being so restrictive. You would easily be able to wear it all day. The little cushion in the back is almost like a lumbar pillow and it straightens your posture up without you even realizing. It just feels good and you have instant relief. The materials used are excellent quality and the stitching and workmanship is perfect. I also saw on the paperwork that it comes with a 12-month warranty. I followed the sizing and felt I was closest to the medium, I could probably also easily wear the small. So my suggestion is not to add or round up when it comes to sizing. My 19-year-old son actually just took this from me. He does deliveries and is an athlete and struggles with back pain and his posture. He said it instantly felt better and he will wear it for protection when delivering. We both also noticed the second he put it on he was standing taller and his shoulders seem to be back more. Also when you put it on, kind of angle the front cross over part. If you put them straight across it does not fit as well and is not as comfortable. I think this is also explained in the directions if you look at them. My son of course did not lol. Most definitely worth every penny and I highly suggest buying this instead of trying many others and wasting your money.

I have had at Kay thirsty different back braces. This is by far the best I’ve ever had. There is a lumbar alignment block that is comfortable, and provides instant pain relief. It is also removable. Even without the lumbar alignment support, it comfortably provides posture correction as well. I have 2 herniated discs, and I’ve been in excruciating pain for years. This provided instant relief. This product is very affordable and the quality and support of this brace is absolutely stellar. I don’t think I’ve ever given a five star review on any product ever.

That is extremely frustrating when you need a lumbar back brace to function on a daily basis for over a calendar year. Pro Tip: correct sizing directly impacts product satisfaction, performance, and lifespan so do yourself a favor and get the correct size or swap out for the correct size if you guessed wrong. The combined support and relief from the properly sized Rakiie back brace was a game changer for me. Pros: *Breathes really well for class of brace, doesn’t retain smell or b/o, Velcro lasts for over a calendar year of daily use. *Excellent temperature regulation. For example, even mildly effective “cooled” seats can be felt as can seat heating meaning the material is focused on supporting your body and largely speaking remains thermally neutral. Cons: Sizing information could be more helpful, incorrect sizing was genuinely the cause of every product frustration I had. *Wildly Different price for color choice at time of purchase, not sure why a tiny splash of color would alter the price by more than 25% so pay close attention to your size in other colors of hue choice isn’t an issue. To those with power to fix things: please save your customers some headache and fix your sizing information, add extra images and/or update your product description.

Der Gürtel ist wirklich super. Trage ihn jeden Tag auf arbeit. Im Durchschnitt 6-8 Stunden. Bin im Einzelhandel/Verkauf. Habe vor Jahren 3 Inoperable Diagnosen bekommen: fortgeschrittene Spinalkanalstenose, Lumbosakrale Übergangsstörung & Wirbelgleiten. Am Anfang ungewohnt, aber stüzt und entlastet wirklich super und auch kein schwitzen unterm Gürtel.

I loved it excellent material, very sturdy, and comfortable. It's adjustable. You can remove the gray part and use it just as a shaping belt if you want. It tightens the waist well. Very good 👍
