Bought the beachwaver and it is SO hard to use and has major malfunctions. When I tried to return it, they wouldn’t let me and refused to give me a refund. Wasted so much money.

I've had mine 6 years now and LOVE it. I have not had any issues with it until one of the metal pieces that holds the clip part in place broke! I can still use it though until the piece completely breaks but it still works as a wand! I definitely recommend this product, and once you get the hang of it, you'll never want a normal one again!
